The Home project Reps, John B and Robert exemplified Home Depot high standard of customer service. They were both knowledgeable about all of the heaters the store offered. This store always goes above and beyond for their customers. All the employees are so good and always willing to help you. The employees are doing a fabulous job keeping us safe with all their sanitizing.

EMPLOYEES FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I went in to purchase a large quantity of insulation and had a few questions about not being able to pick it all up at once and was sent to customer service where I encountered Jess who answered all my questions. Jess also assisted me in loading 2 carts full of insulation and helped me load them in my truck. She went way above and beyond my expectations!!!!

Prodesk is great. Between the three, they have lots of product knowledge and can locate almost anything.

My favorite Home Depot. It was very easy to navigate and someone always helped us. Very friendly, especially Bree in doors and windows.

On-line inventory and store computer inventory were wrong. Could not get associate assistance for electrical items. Customer service personnel were of little help and not backed-up with help from department associates.

Online order was NOT ready for pickup, even thought they said it was. None of the items had been pulled. Had REAL trouble finding someone to help. One item was bundled on top shelf (couldn't get). Another item was out of stock (couldn't get). Only ended up with 3 out of 5 items on the order. Not even sure if they are going to notify me when I can get the rest of the stuff or give me a refund and force me to re-order it! I've generally been happy with this store, but this time they REALLY screwed up!

Great customer service experience I received in the appliance area

with Covid 19 regulations in place, I felt comfortable waiting in line and shopping throughout the store. Everyone was patient, calm and relaxed. I found everything needed with help from an employee and our cashier was very nice.

Janine greeted us with a snide comment that she couldn't find us. I am elderly, so I was seated next to the appliances, which happened to be in flooring. Janine seemed as if we (my daughter and I) were bothering her to ask questions about a stove that we had researched. Through the check out process, we had questions how the item was ringing up. She seemed irritated that we needed an explanation. As no one was in appliances when we arrived, an employee in department across from appliances was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name unfortunately. We shopped on April 28 at 10 am.

Consistently good service here. As far as big box home improvement goes this location is excellent.

AT 12 IN THE AFTERNOON, NO EMPLOYEE AT GARDEN CENTER, BUT 6 AT THE SERVICE DESK, 4 AT THE FLOORING AND CARPET AREA SITTING IN DESKS... (NO CUSTOMERS) BUT I WAS TOLD THE STORE WAS SHORT HANDED... NO IT IS POORLY MANAGED.

Whenever I enter into a Home Depot I am greeted and asked if there is anything that I need help with. When I am going into the store for a certain item most of the time it is there unless it is something unusual and then I may have to inquire. The store is very clean and maintained nicely. Highly recommend shopping here over some of the other chains.

The store was taking pre-caustions because of Covit-19

Everyone was very pleasant! The shelves I went to get something was stocked well. With such a busy day the store was still kept clean.

these idiots have a line outside to enter the store !!!! what if it rains ? are you going to make people stand in the Rain ? or if it is 95 degrees and sunny ... are you going to make people stand in the HEAT ?? open the store up or just close it, but stop this insane madness of having people wait in lines to get in the store

Always a good experience in this store! Usually in and out with what I need quick.
