I bought a husky air compressor to replace the Ridgid one I returned because it was defective. The person who issued the refund searched the records at my request and reported the husky air compressor typically was NOT returned. Kristina at checkout also suggested I apply for a credit card which saved me $50. She then found a cart and helped me load it. Very helpful folks here. I brought the compressor home, prepped it per the instructions and used it successfully. I'm a very satisfied customer.

be careful buying pond peddles. If the bag is brown, the pebbles are caked in think mud and contain many small pebbles that are worthless. only buy bags that are clear and clean. Otherwise you will either return the bags or waste water trying to clean off the mud.

I tried to buy a new refrigerator from this store. It was a frustrating experience from the beginning to the end. No sales in appliances, had to walk around and pretty much begged for assistance. Anyway, cancelled te refrigerator and bought it from Loews, where the experience was 2 times better.

they are always so helpful and respectful plus they have always had everything i went to go get so if your in the commerce area i highly recommend the Home Depot

Went to purchase a fan for work. the box had been opened. so I opened it to look inside. fan was in a plastic bag,so i bought it. Got back to work and took the fan out of the box, removed the plastic bag and found the fan was used and very dirty. Someone returned the fan after using it. It was returned to the shelve and sold as new.

Worse store than Livonia. Stuff is stacked in every aisle making it hard to move around or even find your item. Staff is also rude and very unprofessional. I would not shop here.

products routinely stacked up in the isles blocking the way to get to what you need. rarely see employees to help. empty shelves when there is product in the overhead bins. overall not satisfied with the way the store is run. cashier was GREAT with my concerns but no manager to talk to. this has been going on for years though.

This store is staffed well. A staff member helped me find my hardware part quickly. She also helped me navigate the isle that had been closed for restocking. I had gone to a competitor the day before and prefer this Home Depot for customer support and for the stock on the shelves (the other big box had open spots). Checkout was quick (the other store had only 2 checkouts open).

Staff at this location are knowledgeable of products, make appropriate recommendations comparing products. Store is always clean, well stocked with items allowing completion of projects. Staff always ask if they can assist including guiding customers directly to products required, making certain to assist customer to purchase the correct items.

Very efficiently run store and friendly employees that are always ready to assist a customer. Great material and supplies.

Tiffany was super. She helped me and others quickly. The self check out systems had issues. Tiffany eased the shopping experience.

Took a return item back to the store today and dealt with Donna , she is a miserable employee and really shouldn’t be in customer service , she’s rude and can’t even muster up a hello or may I help you . She needs to be re-trained . I won’t shop there anymore , she’s actually scary and may be better suited with the carts in the parking lot , it is beyond me how she made it to customer service . One more thing , she asked me why I was making a return and I told her I just simply didn’t want the item and oh my god you should have seen the eye roll , I think they teach that in middle school because she is very good at that indeed . So sorry Home Depot , you did not nail it and you can congratulate Donna !

The staff went beyond my expectations. Due to an operation, I am unable to lift more than 20lbs for a month. But without hesitation to my request, John loaded 4 bags of fertilizer into a shopping cart and then into my car. Diana had my payment processed within seconds of seeing me near the service desk. A great shopping experience for a stop that was not planned. Thanks again.

This Home Depot is well stocked and has a large variety of products for both home and garden. A great place to shop with confidence and satisfaction.

The customer associates I've encountered while shopping at my local Home Depot for new kitchen appliances have been very helpful and pleasant. Robert helped me with the initial order. Then four days later Allan, after conferring with the manager, was able to adjust the price of two of the appliances, which went on sale. Today, after I had concerns of one of the appliances, thinking I'd purchase a protection plan to cover any problems, was very relieved to find an exceptionally understanding sales associate by the name of Jodi. She didn't hesitate to change my order, after spending an hour or more with me reviewing my options. In the end I ordered a different brand stove, as well as a protection plan. All the associates I've dealt with in my appliance order have been helpful and courteous, but Jodi assisted me beyond my expectations.

The store is filled with lazy old men can’t walk don’t want to help you out because it involves moving to the next aisle would not recommend coming to the store for any reason whatsoever. I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot every year at this store is definitely the worst. Management should be held accountable. And why would you offer mask and sanitizers on your way out the door? And leave Highlow’s heavy equipment in the aisles were people are trying to get up and down with social distancing. In charge here?

Teresa in customer service is the best. The store was clean and it was Saturday.
