I always shop this store first and foremost. The associates are the absolute greatest and so helpful. I want to Thank the following for helping me on this particular visit: Nilda, Joe, Brenda, Shelly, Fila, Debbie, Felicia & Jessica. This is a great bunch of people and I know I can always depend on them.

Items wanted were in stock, and more important, employee Paul was outstanding. He helped me find just what I wanted, waited while I checked online information, assisted me getting item to checkout, and was friendly and patient throughout. Could not ask for a better shopping experience.

I am a frequent customer to the Coon Rapids (Riverdale) location. I am always greeted with a smile and all employees are ready to assist.

Every time I come here people are always nice and helpful. Also you can alway find a store associate when you need help as there’s always been plenty of staff working.

I was at another Home Depot store and bought a tool kit. When I got home, I realized that the kit I purchased had been one that was previously bought and returned. I was missing a battery and the sawzall I needed was taken out and replaced with a duplicate drill. The manager Adam helped me find the correct tools and replaced things for me. Mackenzie also helped me look for a tool I needed and didn't stop until she found it. I could tell that they both wanted to help me and make things right. Most managers or employees will just help you a little and pass you off to another employee, but both Mackenzie and Adam made sure that I was happy with my purchase when I left. I will most likely now only be stopping at the Coon Rapids store from now on.

Most often when shopping at store 2803 in Coon Rapids, MN, I am able to find what I am looking for OR find an employee to help me locate what I am searching for. Associates at this store are some of the best. The customer service is typically spot on. The store is clean and orderly, and when the staff is running equipment they put up the barrier gates for customer's safety - which is always a plus. When needed I find the restrooms are also clean and orderly. This is always a pleasant experience, when applicable! When you visit the store see if Nilda is working -- she knows a little (or a lot) about everything in that store and will make sure you are well taken care of. (No pressure, Nilda!!) :-) She could teach all of us how to be a better person. Give the store a visit and see for yourself. Stay well.

They had a big selection of what we were looking for compared to other stores we had visitied.

Did not have snowblower I wanted and it was verified they had. Store staff not knowledgeable for that area. In store trying to order for 2HR and 45", help from CS employee was great but process to long as HD computer system not up to pare, store manager answered her calls but Never came up to help support and assist. Only one CS staff, long waits by others, help called for .. Store needs more and better qualified staff. New management. We spotted the snowblower on high shelf, where staff didn't look for. Delivery times 6 AM - 8 PM you stay home and wait, no AM or PM or phone notice! Not good experience during icey snowy day and trying to get ahead of the rest of U.

Very friendly employees, knowledge and courteous

We are remodeling our kitchen with new granite countertops and the women goes by the name of rusty ( deb ) was just fantastic. Wish everyone was as thoughtful as her.

I've had more positive experiences at this HD over the years than bad ones, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I found the store was clean, well stocked and organized, the employees we're available and helped me get my new saw from the locked cabinet. I moved quickly through the self check-out and I was on my way. This is the normal experience here. Then I got back to the property and opened my new saw. To my surprise it wasn't wrapped in anything, it was missing the included blade, and had scratches on the side (from use). I had no time to run it back to HD, but luckily I had purchased a few additional blades and got the job done. Now that I've used it myself I don't want to bother with driving there to exchange it. I understand that in some cases product will be returned to stock if it's complete and still in 'New' (unused) condition, but if this is the level of QA in your return process on RTS vs RTV/open-box, I think I'll have to be more careful to inspect everything before leaving the stone, but still think this shouldn't be a customer's responsibility.

Great store! Clean and knowledgeable professionals!

Cashier was rude, pushed people towards self-service. The self checkout stations didn't have any cleaning wipes, sanitizer nor employees cleaning the stations between guests. Who knows what has been coughed up onto those machines.

We went to Home Depot to purchase a new Entry Door and Fire Door for our Home. I was impressed with the clean look of the Store. Mark Gilmer , Millwork Specialist, answered all of our questions in a very professional manner. His knowledge is endless.

This is my "go to " store. I always get the best help from associates. Makes me feel like a good customer and not just a number (so to speak). The team does a great job. Always so helpful.

Paint people don't know how to tint primer for a bold paint color. Aside from that I like this store. They are always helpful and pleasant. Checkout is good during covid.
