I know that big box stores get a bad rap as not being helpful. This has not been the case for me at this store. I have always found someone who was willing to help and knew what they were talking about.

I had not been to the Corning Store for years until a few days ago and was blown away by the great variety and quality of so much merchandise!

I bought my new refrigerator and was so happy to get what I wanted.

We recently had to purchase a new washer and dryer and our Sales Specialist was so helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough, it made our purchase super easy. He was great and made our purchase a pleasant experience!

Every time I buy a product of home depot I am practically buying one of the best products available on the market with competitive prices indeed

Some associates were very helpful, another passed me off as I wasn't as important with what he was doing and it upset the associate that went out of his way to assist me even though he was also conducting other tasks.

Bad service only one check out open

I always choose The Home Depot when I need supplies around the home. Very thankful that they are only 20 miles away whenever I need construction supplies and general home products. Their clerks are very knowledgeable of products and always offer valid suggestions which I may not have considered. A great place to shop and save.

There were at least 4 empty trucks in the load unload area making it impossible for people who purchased items items to load their trucks. Employed seemed to not care when I told them about it

After driving 80 miles to get what we needed we were greeted by friendly, professional associates. The store was neat, clean & well stocked. They had what we drove there for waiting at the Service Desk for us. All associates offered to help. The four that went above and beyond for us were Kathy, Ian, Eddie & Mandy. Thank you Corning Home Depot.

I would like to thank Bethann and Ryan at the Corning store for their help in our search for an air conditioner. The 12000 BTU unit we were looking for was in stock. Ryan brought it to the checkout and Bethann mentioned the $50 off with a Home Depot card. She quickly walked us through the application process. When the purchase was completed Ryan took it directly to our car and loaded it in. He then stated he would return the electric shopping cart for my husband. Very pleased with our shopping experience on 6/17/21.

Customer service is terrible, false advertising of 10% military discount the maximum discount for military is $50.00 no matter what the total purchase is and if you are buying a large item have someone with you to load it or you will never get help loading it unless their is a customer that after waiting over 15 minutes decides to help because you never get an employee to help.

This store has very knowledgeable employees and they are very willing to help you find what you need. I travel miles to this Home Depot instead of shopping our local Competitor because of the service the employees provide.

This store is AWESOME! The employees are very friendly and helpful. Buy everything you can from here.

after such a bad experience at the tractor supply store in painted post ny this home depot store has restored my faith in true customer service.

I was warned about home depot and I should have listened, Corning NY store ridiculous, entered store to purchase tub and surround,no surrounds on hand for the tub wanted,only tub on hand was fractured in the corner,ordered new tub and surround on the 17th,told to pick up on the 23rd,returned on 23rd to pick up,associate tried to pass the original broken tub on to me,I refused to take the tub,no other tub on hand,had to wait for a new tub to be delivered to store,here it is the 27th I return to store to pick up a new tub,box looks new and undamaged,I get tub home unload tub into house open box to inspect tub and this tub is damaged in the same place as original tub in store on the17th, so to my thinking this tub was placed into a newer box that was not damaged and passed onto me,called to speak with store manager and manager was not available,I am awaiting store manager to call me tomorrow,this is completely unacceptable business practice. Not happy at all with experience.

This store has the most helpful and caring employees, they always seem ready to share their knowledge and experience and give tips for success. The store is very well cared for, clean and well organized. I was even directed to another store because Home Depot did not carry (at any store) the specific item I needed...the associate checked two other stores...super customer care!

My shopping experience was varied but in the end, Betsy and Aaron made my day! They were the customer service representatives that went above and beyond to be certain I had the product I wanted and that I was a satisfied customer. They were friendly and very helpful. Truly an excellent shopping experience.

People are throwing their disposable facemasks onto the ground or leaving them in the carts. I don't know if there is a waste basket at the checkout because I only went into the garden section. Used facemasks are lying in the used carts and on the ground. Sorry for all that!

Only one checkout open. A long line at self checkout. People go to shop, not to work at checking themselves out. Isles blocked. Had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to mix paint for me. Customer before me walked out at paint department. Not at all impressed with Home Depot. I see why people like to shop on line. If they want to bring customers in, clean the store, open checkouts and hire people.

Was to this store on Sunday, only to find out that there was no one working the pro center that day. That they only have people working Monday thru Saturday. This store use to have associates that would go out of there way to help customers, that was the reason we would drive the 45 minutes to this store. SAD!!
