THE HELP IS NON-EXISTANT

I travel around Arizona quite a bit and always find this Cottonwood Home Depot as their shining star - with the most friendly and helpful staffing, clean well-stocked store, and exciting displays. It is apparent they have an excellent management team!

I went in this morning with hopes to get my issue with a lost tub resolved. I was directed to speak to DJ the manager on duty this morning. 6-28-22 DJ was very kind and helpful and resolved my issue within seconds. You don’t get that kind of quality customer service very often. If you happen to visit the store and Cottonwood give that man a big thank you just for the hell of it.

I am in HD almost daily and most everyone is helpful and kind. Becca Virginia and Connie stand out as some of the best. Thanks

I went to the home depot (haven't been there for awhile) and was pleased to find lots of plants and succulents and easily found an employee to help me find what I was looking for. Checked out through the garden department and the cashier (Bernadette) was friendly and efficient. Great visit.

I purchased 4 BBQ's, Nexgrill's for our property. From the cashier to the manager who came out to unlock the BBQ's, the customer service exceeded my expectations.

Most items that a person would buy at a home improvement store no longer qualify for the military discount. Now saying Homedepot appreciate the military is just a gimmick.

In town taking care of my late brother-in-law's estate, we needed a specific wood stain to finish a water-damaged wooden ceiling. We bought the wrong stain, and on our return Christine in the Paint Department went out of her way to get us the product we needed, and to arrange for an exchange on the item we'd purchased. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and cheerful, caring attitude was impressive, and she deserves kudos. Thanks Christine!

Strongly recommend Linda If you need window blinds or carpet. We as homeowners did not know where to start but she led us through the process and we grew to trust and appreciate her knowledge and experience.

IT TOOK FOUR PEOPLE AND APPROXIMATLEY 15 MIN. TO CHECK OUT A $5.98 ITEM AND NO ONE GREETED WERE FRIENDLY OR APPOLOGISED FOR THE WAIT AND PROBLEM AND THERE WAS A POOR SELECTION OF GARDEN.

I've restored two homes in Cottonwood and the Home Depot has helped me every step of the way. The have all the tooI I've needed to complete the work. They offer a variety of materials to assist with the design and overall appeal of the remodel. The vendors that they approve are professional and extremely knowledgeable in their trades.

GOOD for The Everbilt dryer duct brush it works well & we will keep it to use again. POOR for the Everbilt 3 piece lint removal kit is not well thought out & I will be returning it. The vacuum hose attachment is bent & kinked in 3 places in the box making it useless for cleaning the dryer or under appliances as advertised on the box.

Purchased who package for kitchen renovation. Great products, great service with an appointment even, and really great staff. Greg was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and put us in the right direction.

Went at the wrong time. Had to wait 45 minutes to get 6 ea 2 x4. Sad trip

I've been going to Home Depot in Cottonwood since they opened. I used to have to call repair people to work on my house but over the years I have learned to most of the work myself with the help of the employees. Very satisfying to do the work myself! Thank You!

Best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. Employees in each department are super knowledgeable of their area plus have a great awareness of where everything is in the store.

Excellent customer service! I had accidently left items at the register after purchase. I realized it only after I got home and was unable to return to the store to pick them up. I called on the phone and they were able to issue me a credit for the items. Very pleased with their service. I will definitely return to this store for future needs!
