Very helpful customer serice

My item not her area. She was HVAC sales and installation display but she concentrated on helping me. 300p-400p but cant recall name.

We went to the Home Depot in Council Bluffs to make a purchase for a home improvement project. we received an email with a coupon for $15 off a purchase of $100 or more if we used our Home Depot card. Our purchase was over $300 and the coupon was presented at the time of purchase. When we were given the total, I questioned whether the coupon came off or not. Kevin, the cashier told me it had. When I looked at my receipt, it had not come off the purchase. I immediately went to the Customer Service Desk and the man stated that he didn't know what he was supposed to do about it. He told me that the cashier would need to correct it. I went back to the cashier who had another Home Depot employee standing beside him. Neither one of them could figure out how to correct the issue. They called the Customer Service desk and spoke to the man who sent me back to them and the three of the Home Depot employees came to a general consensus that they could not correct the issue or honor the coupon that was sent to us. Sending a coupon that cannot be used is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Easy to shop both online and in store. Well stocked with a friendly staff.

Visited two stores that indicated they had numerous units in stock of the item I wanted to buy. The first had only one, which turned out to be used and soiled. The second had none. If you can't call and verify with an actual human that they have what you want, don't waste your time. Maybe not even then.

Today it is hot and steamy outside, and it seems like everybody is in a crappy mood. However, lila, a sales representative at this particular store has such a contagious smile and she made sure I was well taken care of

We had our ceiling fan installed today and when we needed to put on the frosted glasses, 2 of the 3 were broken; however, Layne helped us with a credit rather than having to take down the ceiling fan and return it.

The Garden Department has a wide variety of beautiful plants. The staff is very attentive to your needs and wants. I just Love The Home Depot!

If you are going to treat all your customers like potential thieves and lock all your power tools up, then I suggest you have an employee in those isles at all times! Waiting 20min to get a tool out of the locked cages is ridiculous.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Like everywhere else not enough cashiers and registers. Could use more floor help on the weekends.

The young man who helped was very helpful and courteous and helpful. He made me feel as if I was important and not just some in the store. He looked at me directly and paid attention to what I was saying and asking,

We needed several different mismatch screws for a second hand bunk bed we bought. A gentleman by the name of Sterling saw we needed help and came to our rescue. We wasn't searching for anyone he just saw we needed help. He was kind, courteous, friendly, and of course very helpful. A+ job Sterling!! Hope you get the recognition you deserve! I highly recommend you shop this The Home Depot in Council Bluffs, IA. Everyone we encountered was in a good mood and friendly. Oh and did I mention it was pretty late too?!

Excellent customer service from Ryan at the Pro Desk. Very knowledgeable in our requests and was able to locate the product that a local distributer could not. Great communication and service!

I called the store as a last ditch effort to find a gas powered lweed eater, even though the inventory online indicated that it was out. AJ was extremely knowledgeable about the item as I described it to him and explained that he will check their stock, found the item, and even said when he would have it available for us to purchase. Heather G at the service desk was very helpful and compassionate when we arrived at the store to purchase the item.

The Council Bluffs Home Depot has the friendliest staff. They are knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful. They are top notch in customer service.

After being treated very poorly and seemingly uninterested in helping me I aske for a manager or someone who would like to perform customer service. Mary went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and that is hard to find these days!

Every employee I interacted with this weekend went above and beyond to make me feel valued.

Home depot has always been good to me when I visit the store. Their employees are always so helpful. This makes me feel good about shopping there.
