I had to order fencing materials, and the associates at the PRO desk were very helpful, patient, and attentive to my questions. I even got a call thanking me for my business. Great customer service at a time where many places have long forgotten about the customer experience.

Our son worked in another Home depot when the chain was new to our area. Since then that store has gone down hill. The covington store was fresh and employees seemed to all be friendly and excited to be there. very pleasing to experience.

Chris p made me feel like the only shopper in the place I was her only focus she seemed generally interested in making my experience a great one in a time when customer service is dwindling everywhere she made this trip something lol worth the 45 minute drive

I STOPPED AT THE STORE A WEEK AGO AND SHOPPED FOR A RYBOI TOOL I SAVED OVER $200!! I WENT BACK IN LAST SATURDAY AND A BRIDGETTE HELPED PICK OUT THE CORRECT BLOWER IN ORDER FOR ME SAVE ANOTHER $100.!!! Thanks BRIDGETTE ! Ellie

I went to Home Depot to get marking paint and a marking paint wand. HomeDepot.com showed the items were in stock, but there no items on the shelf. I was able find the items in overhead storage. Ms. Candy and Mr. Tony were able to get items down. Thank you Ms. Candy and Mr. Tony for your help and attention!

I asked the employee where the lawnmowers were and he walked me to them. He asked me what type of lawnmower I was looking at and he showed me what they had to choose from. I picked one and he got a flatbed card to put it on. He pulled the cart to his check out register in the garden area to check me out. He was so helpful and nice.

I have shopped many Home Depot stores in Louisiana and Mississippi. The Covington store is well stocked and great service The best in my opinion

Purchased treated wood a few weeks back. I trust their wood.

I've been on a pond project nearby for the last couple of weeks and really depend on the products at Home Depot, but the reason I come here rather than a competitor is the staff. This particular store has folks like Ashanti, Bridgette, Pamela and Darin, to name just a few, that make me feel welcomed and valued every time I visit. Good Job HD!

Visited the store in afternoon. Even with little shoppers, it took too long to retrieve the goods and check-out. Only one register open for contractor check-out.

Stopped in to pick up some garden gloves, no biggie. But the line to check out stretched all the way back to the back isle. I would suggest thinking twice if you need to get out in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff is very helpful from gardening to drills for fencing repairs post “Ida”.

I am a "frequent flyer" at the Covington Home Depot due to my oversight of a new home construction and every Sales Associate encountered has been professional and willing to help.

I waited 30 minutes to have a lock unlocked on a grill. Management never showed up. Thankfully 3 helpful staff members pulled one from the indoor display. What a waste of time.

I was informed by the cashier I can no longer use my military ID for my discount. I am 79 years old and have no interest in purchasing a smart phone. Does Home Depot receive a fee from the phone company for requiring veterans to purchase a smart phone? Looks like Lowe’s will receive all my business and money from this day forward. Bye.

Don't try to get customer service to answer the phone. They complain not enough employees to answer it. Then blame other employee when item not available for pick up at designated time. Other employees are very helpful.

I went to Covington Home Depot in the late evening looking for a very specific halogen replacement bulb. Jan M, from the Paint Dept, was nearby & looked up the info in store computer & found it was in stock. After not being able to find it immediately, Jan located Chris J from electrical & they searched the high shelves for the box with the correct SKU #, moved the electrical ladder to get it from the shelf, about 12 feet up, & got the bulb form me! I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot, this experience was above & beyond! Home Depot is fortunate to have these guys working for them!

Visited the Covington store to buy washer/dryer. I hate shopping, so I went in with low expectations. I was greeted in the appliance dept. by a lady who was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the chore a pleasure.

On a recent Saturday I was shocked at how many lights had been turned off in the store. The dark store with crowded aisles of unstocked merchandize constituted an unreasonable hazard, in my opinion. If it had not been for a concerned employee I might well have fallen. And I am in average health and have never experienced such conditions in a major commercial establishment.

I needed a ladder and some vinyl lettering. I found my items quickly and the employees were very friendly.

The cashier attending the self check was condescending and unfriendly. I've never felt so insulted. Please train your employees how to interact with customers. I will not be returning to this store.
