Lady at customer service counter pretty much concealed her face with mask and hoodie. Then proceeded to yell at me that she could help me while hiding behind the partition. Hands on counter acting like she did NOT want to be there. Gave me an attitude about the return, checking out and my military discount claiming she could not honor the discount. She then asked the other cashier to help and the same attitude ensued. I asked for the manager whom then honored my military discount. I asked for the name of the second cashier in which she proceeded to hide her name so I couldn’t see it. I had to ask the manager for her name. Absolutely terrible service and attitudes.

I have been searching for replacement lightbulbs for outdoor ceiling fan….FOUND THEM with the HELP from Dejah….she went above and beyond!! OTHER employees AND manager Vito VERY nice and helpful!! Nice experience!!

At checkout I'm told "you need to sign up" to get the military discount. Well, I've tried repeatedly. It doesn't work. Frustrating beyond belief. Home Depot needs to fix their system!

Always have what i want

I had a bad experience in painting, was told when it gets here it gets here. Nothing was said about calling me or anything

I purchased carpet at the Cuyahoga Falls store and I dealt with Consie, she couldn't have been more professional or helpful unless she installed it the day I purchased it. It was actually a joy to buy carpet and I don't really like shopping.

This is the 4th door I have purchased from the Cuyahoga Falls, OH Home Depot. They do a great job. I know it will be installed right. I appreciate their patience and assistance. They also had the door instock. The whole job will be completed in a timely manner. We currently have an exterior door on our rental that will not lock so the door needs to be put in asap. I think we will achieve that goal. Thanks Home Depot CFO!

The checkout girl Renee smarted off to me and was rude!!! Too many ladders in the aisles in lighting and everyone interested in stocking boxes instead helping customers. I was in everyone’s way but no one’s asked if I needed help.

I purchased a bathroom vanity that came with the bowl and faucet. When I picked it up we were missing the bowl and faucet. So constance returned and reordered it. It again came with missing pieces. So Lester and Sierra and a gentleman in plumbing helped us find a replacement bowl and faucet. They made it right. And we really appreciated it.

I had issues with getting the right product sent to the store. The store associate who helped me her name was Jenna and called vendor and did everything in her power to get me the right product and she came through. Thank you so much for making this happen. 5 STARS for Jenna

Seriously, had a blast shopping for lumber. Who knew, right? Kyle and Tae'jaun were like my own personal shoppers, they answered my questions, gave great suggestions, didn't try to make me buy expensive stuff and made the whole experience FUN. Love this Home Depot!!! Thank You!!!

I have always had a pleasant shopping experience and able to find someone knowledgeable to help me with questions

Over the past year, I come to this store to purchase items and often have to hunt for staff to help me find them. The usual reply is to go to the aisle and look for the staff who should be there. This is quite upsetting and requires me to have patience until some staff comes by and directs me or takes me to the items I want to buy.

Of all the Home depots I've been around here this store was the most efficient and clean I've been to.

Do not shop here a person named Cora identified herself as the manager of the cashiers may be the most inexperience condescending poorly trained manager I’ve ever dealt with in my 64 years on the planet

I ordered some flooring from HD website and the first pallet came in damaged and I could not except it. When the replacement order came in Jenna thought enough to call me so I could come in and inspect it because they still had the first pallet and offered to swap out any damaged boxes from the second pallet with good boxes from the first assuring that I would be able to pick-up my order for my customer. Thank You Jenna

I am a senior and this trip was my first time purchasing on line and going to pick up my order. You made it so effortless and for that I am so grateful tonight !

I needed 105 8.5in squares of plywood cut for a project that I am doing in my classroom. The help I got was above and beyond what I thought was even possible and I am extremely grateful.

I use this location for my home improvement and tool needs !!! I feel it has the best layout for me to find things. They have the tools that I use everyday Ryobi and Husky.

The store was bright, clean and easy to navigate. The employees were very friendly.

the store manager Lester was very helpful to correct a problem with a patio set that the .com could not resolve. We were assisted by CSR Marla and she went over and above to help us with the purchase and assisted get the return/credit from the .com for the mistake they made Marla also arranged for the set to be delivered to our house free of charge Awesome !

great store with lots of supplies for all the people in Akron, Cuyahoga Falls etc, Safe Covid supplies for us to keep us safe. Easy to find help with helpful staff. Clean building and signs to locate the items in the store. Always shop at Home Depot for all paint, flowers, appliances,plumbing and flooring. I found the lawn mower with helpful staff person (Brenda). Lots of garden soil available and flowers. I felt secure in the store with lots of staff persons asking to help me as I entered the door at Home Depot. Over all Rating is an Excellent Store .

Mark and Renee were great in helping us purchase a riding mower - two excellent people who are fantastic representatives of your store.

I was so pleased when I arrived to find the electrical wall plates fully stocked. I had checked on line to verify that stock was in the store. It save me time, and money.
