Great service from employees Shianne and Frankie!!!

Cashier made fun of me when I said to the person behind me in the line to keep the distance. Then the person behind me touched me in my right shoulder . I was very upset; but the cashier started laughing very loud making fun of how i reacted with the other client. Then both, the cashier and the client behind me started laughing very loud. You can confirm this if you have cameras. It was a very unpleasant and health risky situation considering in top of this, that I am in a vulnerable age.

The employees were very kind and patient with me, despite me having very little knowledge on what I was buying.

I ALWAYS RECEIVE GREAT EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE: WHEN ENTERING THE STORE, WHEN LOOKING FOR AN ITEM, AND ALWAYS BEING ASKED IF I NEED HELP TAKING LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS TO MY CAR. HOME DEPOT, IS ALWAYS PRICE-COMPETITIVE, TOO.

Love the company , but managers need to do a better job hiring customer friendly associates

Worst shopping experience ever. Employees are rude. Employees would rather gossip than help customers. When a customer asks for help a customer should receive it. They shouldn’t be told to hold on while they finish their conversation. No stars for this poorly run store.

Amazing service from Candice at the Returns desk. I noticed how police she was while in line then I went to her for my return and order pickup. Her smile was contagious, voice was strong and confident. She then made sure to tell me to fill out the survey and even highlited it in pink. I must say this was one of my best experiences at any Home Depot! Great job!

STORE HAS A VERY GOOD INVENTORY AND PRICES

This store need totally all new employees. You have to many people who speak to you that work there, that say they don't understand what your asking . To many complaining that they are working nights, holidays and weekends. Plus you ask a question for help they stare at you like you have 5 heads and you are from another planet. The customer return line is always out the door and they are so slow because they are to busy talking between themselves or complaining they are over work and under paid. Never got the help I required for the paint department or with the brushes I needed. The associates were so busy talking to each other I walked out with out getting what I went there for. Bathroom were disgusting

Easy to Find products and have employees help if I needed.

Employee named michael on electrical not helpful at all. When i asked for a manager he said i can get one in the front which he just spoke to like a minute ago in the back. Will never shop here ever.

I always find what I need in this store. I am a frequent customer and always received a courtesy treatment from employees at this store. The site has a large parking lot in case that you have a big pickup truck or a large trailer. Also, is perfectly located on two main roads. In addition, it has some restaurants nearby if you stop during lunch or dinner time you could purchase supplies and equipment and stop by near business to grab a bite to eat. I hope this information is helpful and make your next shopping trip to Homedepot joyful.
