Even when busy, we still received good customer service.

If you need assistance this may not be the location for you....many of the staff members seem to be inexperienced and I considered them to be a little understaffed.

My review of your store was written in the survey. Please ensure your employee Darius Sr. Is recognized for his kindness and concern for myself and son during our visit. It's rare that people take time to show concern. And I wanted to commend him as a person for taking time to speak with my son and check on me will I was in distress and offer alternatives, if wanted to continue shopping.

bad customer service, employees are rude and not helpful, and long lines at the check out.

The worst customer service ever. they treat you like an intruder. they have no respect for their customers. no one wants to help you or assist you. staff are very rude and not helpful. avoid going to Dearborn store. go some where else anywhere other than this store.

Kevin in Electrical is awesome and really knows his stuff. They always have whatever I seem to be looking for at this location.

Zaid was very personable and helpful today. After asking a sales associate to look in the back for a product that I needed, the sales person came back and informed us that he could not locate the shipment. Zaid asked if I mind waiting while he took a look, and even called up at the register to inform me that he found the product and was on his way up to the register with it. He than rang me up for the product and even gave me a discount for being inconvenienced. I was unhappy with a previous trip to this home depot store and informed him about it. He apologized and made sure I was satisfied with my shopping experience before I left the store, which I was thanks to him. You need more employees like Zaid.

The product were easy to fine the employees were awesome

You can go two employees for knowledge and help!!

All the associates that I encountered were helpful, very knowledgeable etc, store was clean and neat

cashier Vicki is always helpful when I shop at the Dearborn store I look forward to seeing her smile at the checkout

The store is clean. Cashiers are hardworking and always there to help. Cashiers deserve a raise, discounts and full benefits for the customers they serve. Alot of the customers are rude and impatient.

Dumpy area, clutter around the store. Not kept up well. Security guards require receipt checks at the exit yet they often stand two feet away from the checkouts and WATCH YOU BUY THE ITEM.

Service top notch. Store as neat and clean as expected based on products sold there. Workers were always sweeping and putting things back in order. They do an excellent job.

I'm not a handy person and dislike going to this kind of store. The 2 ladies that I interacted with we're amazing. I don't live anywhere near this store. Just stopped when I was in the area for another appointment. I was just so pleased with this visit I had to write

I truly love Home Depot shopped here quite a bit when my husband was overseas ! Now that I'm on my own starting over I could definitely use this sweepstakes gift card!

The employees of the store are very knowledgeable about their products and are very willing to assist with navigation to locate exactly what your looking for. Pleasing personalities help make the shopping experience a pleasure even thought you know it always ends up work. Makes you want to come back again.
