We were excited to find the right bolts that matched those we needed to complete our project of setting up bunk beds for our grandsons!! Our sons used the bunk beds, now its our grandsons' turn!!!

Two employees helped me find the right supplies and products to properly cleaning our stove top along with filling holes in outside wood pillar.

This is my 'go-to' place to shop for any home improvement products. Nancy in flooring epitomizes the excellent and pleasant service I find throughout the store. It strikes me that the folks that work in the Delafield store really enjoy being there.

My s/o and I went to Home Depot to purchase flooring and were helped by Nancy, one of the store employees! Nancy ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase and went out of her way to make sure we could come back to pick up our purchase later that night!

Rick from the Waukesha store referred me to go to the delafield store to buy a new refrigerator that was out of stock at his store but not at delafield

Each time I visit the Delafield Home Depot the store is clean, organized and the staff are kind. I have yet to have anything but a great experience in this store. The store is easy to shop and flows well.

Meghan in the Paint Department. exceeded my expectations with her effort to tint my paint even though there was no formula and the scanner wouldn't create a color-matching formula. She was able to do this by manipulating the tinting machine based on her vast knowledge of color and of how to make the machine to what she wanted. It was very impressive! She managed to do this in between customers so that nobody had to wait. I am grateful for Meghan's initiative and brilliance.

Don Drake was very helpful in the millwork department. He help me figure out exactly what I needed.

Rude return clerk demanded an ID for a 30$ return with receipt! Told me that I am allowed only 100 returns per year... Today was my first return of 2021! What kind of insanity is that. The store was also quite a mess!

This store is among the best due exclusively to Allen, who works in tools. He is simply a cut above the rest in terms of experience, knowledge, and customer service. If only all employees carried his skill set. With limited experience in home improvement, I have leaned heavily on Allen’s guidance and recommendations. He always makes the right call when advising me on projects, thus making potentially difficult challenges and expensive tool/supply purchases much easier to navigate.

The staff at Home Depot go above and beyond what you would normally expect from a big store like this.

Difficult shopping when there is minimal staff to assist. When you do find assist, they are too busy socialize with their co-worker and pointing to the least expensive " fix" . There were only 2 choices of products to purchase to begin with, they had other SKU's I was not in a rush or desperate to purchase that day. No one seem to care. Please take your business else where there are plenty other locations to buy similar products.

This store is very clean and well organized with a knowledgeable staff. This is my go to store

I was nicely greeted and offered a mask... as I forgot mine in the car. I came for two specific items and the gentleman who greeted me told me the aisles and general direction for my items. I like the people here
