My recent experience at the Delano Home Depot was the best I've ever had at a Home Depot. Eric the sales associate went way beyond what most people do and found the item that I was looking for explained about it and got me a discount on the item as it was the last one in stock which I really appreciated and helped to load into my truck. Keep up the great customer service Eric it was truly noticed and appreciated !!

Store employees work too slow. Some have very bad temper.

Found what I was looking for, got help from Cecilia and Obed. They answered all my questions and helped me find the items that went with my purchase. Everything was fast and easy, and Cecilia and Obed helped me to understand and explain all my questions.

If you want to be in an offensive store that has nothing to do with a shopping experience & deal with a staff that treats the store like it's a place to test people's pain tolerance for dating. This is the store for you.

I have always been helped by knowledgeable and courteous associates at The Home Depot. I cannot even imagine having to go anywhere else for my work/project needs. From tools to supplies I have always found exactly what I was looking for in a clean, friendly environment.

The store is clean and well organized -- but it's the wonderful staff that exceeded my expectations. I traveled about 30 miles to make a purchase at this store due to them having the product I needed urgently in stock. I needed assistance in loading a large quantity of somewhat heavy items. The staff was so professional and kind and helped me from start to finish. I've never received such personalized service at a hardware store before. I am willing to make the drive in the future since this store is so well managed and staffed.

Friendly customer service and fair prices.

My experience at this store was awesome. Even though the cashier in the lumber department was busy he called on a manager to help me and calm my anxiety. Through this virus outbreak my anxiety has been through the roof and even though they didn’t have hand sanitizer the manager helped me get alternative products and assured me he ordered more. I would like to thank the gentleman in the lumber department and the manager in a red Disney shirt. I didn’t grab there names but I was able to leave the store and not feel like I was going to have an anxiety attack so thank you. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Had a very smooth and pleasurable experience in ordering windows for my house. The associate who assisted me was very friendly and helpful.

The appliance department was clean and well kept, our assistant was very friendly and helpful made our visit enjoyable.

My experience at this store is always wonderful. I always get asked if I need help. The attentiveness that associates give is something that makes my shopping at Home Depot worth while. I spent a lot of time and money in the garden department for Christmas decorations and have been so pleased with all the interactions I’ve had with the associates. Shout out to the management team for instilling awesomeness in the garden department. Can’t wait to go back!

The store was very clean and the item I was looking for was I stock, as it was supposed to be according to the website. Everyone from my initial interaction with floor personnel to Cecilia at the Service Desk was very helpful. Employee that helped me was very nice I believe she worked at the customer service desk name was Marylyn and let me tell you she definitely provided that customer service!! Wish the other cashiers there would take her example and be as respectful & helpful as she was!! Didn’t even wait for me to come to her quickly she asked if I needed help. such a sweet girl!
