I've been updating my home with paint, new baseboard and new tolits. As a women Homedepot associates have been most helpful. I'm going to put new front door on soon , and I'm looking forward to another wonderful associate to assist me.

I am a novice to everything about Home Depot and am intimidated simply by entering the store. Or I should say, I used to be. The staff there was excellent, with Gabe and Kelly standing above the rest. Go to this store. You will not be disappointed! I was treated with kindness and respect even though I had no idea what I was doing. I left with everything I needed and nothing more.

I had an issue with my credit card and was told to go into the store to resolve. this was an unfamiliar issue to the service desk however Elisa spent an hour assisting me, calling the credit card line and got the issue resolved and my order placed. She was a pleasure the entire time and kept her composure in a stressful situation. I appreciated her time and assistance.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of your Home Depot locations, and I felt compelled to share my extraordinary experience with you, thanks to several of your outstanding team members. Firstly, I want to highlight Rodrigo, a customer service representative, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a refund and subsequent purchase issue. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly remarkable and made what could have been a stressful situation seamless and positive. Ashveena, another gem in your customer service department, was equally impressive. Her efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive approach in addressing my concerns were exemplary. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and capable, and she certainly deserves recognition for her efforts. During my visit, I also needed help finding lumber, and an Indian teenager, whose name I regretfully didn't catch fully, was quick to assist. His guidance was much appreciated, demonstrating the importance of keenness and readiness to help, qualities that significantly enhance the shopping experience. Moreover, at the self-checkout, another representative displayed exceptional empathy, compassion, and communication skills. Understanding my situation with store credit, he skillfully applied it, showcasing the kind of customer-centric service that sets Home Depot apart. Last but certainly not least, Bob from the plumbing department is a legend in his own right. His profound knowledge and willingness to share information made my decision-making process much easier. Bob's passion for his work and his ability to convey complex information in an understandable way are invaluable. The combined efforts of these individuals not only resolved my immediate needs but also reinforced my loyalty to Home Depot. It's the extraordinary contributions of team members like Rodrigo, Ashveena, the helpful teenager, the empathetic self-checkout representative, and Bob that elevate the shopping experience from mundane to memorable. I strongly believe that such dedication and exemplary service deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope that their efforts can be acknowledged appropriately. A raise for these individuals would be a fitting testament to their invaluable contributions to Home Depot and its customers. Each associate I have encountered in the Delran store has been friendly and helpful! Great experience!!

Looking for an appliance..ask for Sue Bach. She knows her stuff! Delran New Jersey store is where she is at. I give her a 10 plus!

Very good experience will go back

The supervisor/manager did not call us back in regards to our missing item. We had to go in to the store and request a refund after being ignored. Will not be returning.

Very happy we were able to work with Ashveena Babar. She made a difference in our experience and helped us immensely.

I found more than one person willing to go the extra mile, some more extraordinarily than others. But it seems all the employees at Delran Home Depot have common traits: that they are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

Had an unexpected need for a new washing machine, something I haven’t had to deal with in many, many years. I visited the Delran NJ store on a fact finding mission after some serious on line investigating. So glad I chose this location because I was greeted by SUE BACH as I entered the appliance department. Long story short, this professional sales specialist asked me a few questions and directed me to a model that addressed all my needs and saved me 50% on what I thought I would shell out for a new machine. Sue was amazing and so pleasant to deal with, she knew the product inside and out and accommodated my schedule for delivery!! In this day and age of lazy, uncooperative employees, SUE BACH is a gem!!

Bought custom exterior door.

I bought 2 products that were both multiple $hundreds of dollars. The store only had floor models for each item. She made it work and sold me the floor samples! Well Done Samantha!

I’ve been going there for the past 12 years and I love it!

I’d like to give kudos to Missy who was extremely helpful to us on our last visit there. We inquired about a floor Christmas lawn ornament to purchase and offered to call and ask. She was very friendly and gladly offered her help. The answer was no at first and we went on our way shopping. Later, Missy walked around the store looking for us and informed us that indeed we could purchase the floor model. I can’t believe that she took the time to walk around and find us! Missy truly is an asset to your store. She also says she loves her job and it shows!

The store was clean, and products well organized for easy shopping but the most impressive thing was the helpful employees.

All employees were friendly, professional and helpful.

The employee in the paint department was VERY HELPFUL and patient with me. She assisted me in choosing paint colors and the appropriate paint for the home project I was working on.

This has become my favorite Home Depot. The Associates are so friendly and helpful. On my last visit, I rented a nailer. Ed, the rental associate, showed me how to load the nails, install the battery and use the nail gun. He actually had me practice all the steps before leaving. When I returned home, I became a nailing machine, installing trim and molding. This made me want to tackle more jobs. So thanks to this Home Depot for inspiring me.

My regular go to store, but they haven’t carried Quikcrete Mortar Mix(10lb. bag) for quite a while. Disappointing.

I will not be undertaking any do it yourself projects with products from home depot again. I bought product from this store and it was delivered 5 days late from 2 other stores in another state causing me to lose my installer because the delivery came after the time he had allotted to do my job leaving me to do it myself. Then I had to jump through hoops to return 2 boxes of unused product out of 44 boxes. I was offered a discount by the store manager, which I appreciated but 3 weeks later have still not received. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have shopped at home depot for decades but I am not interested in dealing with them in the future. The support this store gets from their headquarters is severely lacking. I would like to thank store managers Andy and Kelly for their help and support in dealing with this company.
