Very helpful employees

The store was very clean and the employees where very helpful and very courteous . The cashier Susanne was very good at her job and very pleasant to deal with.

This store has become our home away from home since we became homeowners last year.... and it's been great to have friendly, helpful employees always willing to go the extra step for us. Thank you!

I was able to get in and out with friendly customer service and a timely check out. The store was clean and employees were available to assist customers if needed.

You have the happiest cashier in the outdoor plant area. Stephanie. I came to the store 8/13/18 @ 3:30. From the outset, she gave me a big smile as she answered my questions. Then, seeing my gray hair, she told me she would get someone to help me get the bags of top soil & put them in my car. AND SHE DID. It seemed to take #3 calls and then it worked. During this 'wait' period, she laughingly and with her friendly smile, she helped others. As I was leaving the store, she gave me a warm farewell and asked if I would come back to visit. This 77 year old grandmother found a friend. I couldn't ask for any better service. Please let Stephanie know that this grandmother really appreciated her kindness along with the upside down orange bucket to sit on.

I find it easy to get help and that is so nice to see in a store. The people in the rental and repair area for my mower and snowblower are outstanding!

Employees always very helpful.

Overall love the store, almost all the employees are amazing and caring, my only suggestion would be to avoid Laurie at the front desk she's extremely rude and cocky. Other than that love the store its always clean and I haven't had a single other bad experience with any other employees.

I shop at this store alot. When i need help the people are very knowledgable about what i need. People are freindly and store is always neat and clean. Very seldom is what i am looking for out of stock. I have gotten some great buys ie. Bbq grill and snowblower

Susanne is an awesome cashier and made our shopping experience extra nice.

No help in the department... Probably due to management. Cashier Stephanie was rediculasly demeanning when she handled my transaction.

My grandma recently lost the plastic back to her garage door opener and unfortunately that particular model had been discontinued, it is ancient, lol. ;) The garage door opener still worked, but we needed to have the back covered in order to protect it and keep it from breaking. I looked around the store trying to find a creative solution and finally decided to use a 3/8 unbreakable black nylon wallplate but I needed it cut in order to fit. I went over to Tool Rentals and was helped by Charlie Speliotes who solved our issue and was awesome! :) My grandmother has been coming to #1507 store since your doors opened. Everyone in the store knows her. She is 91 years old, loves gardening and is on a budget. We did NOT want to purchase a new garage door opener when our old one worked just fine. We just wanted to fix ours and Charlie Speliotes was determined to meet out needs. It is important to me that we were not taken advantage of OR unnecessarily upselled. Customer loyalty is priceless and Charlie's tenacious spirit of excellence and skillful solution exceeded our expectations! Wow! Good Job! Thank you! :D

I can always find exactly what I need sometimes I ask other times it is visible.

I have been a Home Depot member for years. My only wish is that some of the floor folks know a little more about the products that they are responsible for. Most of the time the skill set is GREAT. Then there are the times where you get the shrugged shoulders and it is not my department comment. All-in-all I mostly have an expert and get great info. It is that 10 percent that leaves me empty or lost.

The people are not afriad to think outside of the box at this location and they have almost everything.

The employees at this Home Depot are knowledgeable and friendly. I have gone there frequently enough to have had a variety of interactions with different department employees, and they have always been able to resolve my issue, locate what I need, or provide the information to help me move forward with a project or solve home maintenance/repair problem. As a single, 70-something female, that is really important to me!

We love this home depot. Very kid friendly, my kids literally ask if we can go to home depot.

The store is very clean and organized. very friendly employees that generally go out of their way to solve any issue's and projects.

I shop at this Home Depot store all the time as it is near me and the sales people and cashiers have always been helpful. I never shop at the other large store across the street on W. Crestline Ave. as I am an invisible customer there. I have never received any help for the few times I have ever ventured into that store, let along even finding a sales associate to try to help me. Home Depot always has sales associates nearby to ask for help or ask questions. Sales associates in Home Depot are always friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Anytime I have ever had a problem, which is seldom with a product, or it has not been the right product I needed, I have always had a great experience in doing a return with no hassle. I have been remodeling my home for the last 9 years, and so many supplies, from sinks, showers, to paint have all come from this Home Depot store. I highly recommend this Home Depot for a great shopping experience. Thank You Home Depot.

I'm not a construction professional, therefore, I don't always know what I'm looking for. Your store people are always helpful. Great place to shop for home improvement supplies, and tools.
