Store was cluttered with junk. Out of stock on the most basic home materials. Very poor customer service. Worse employees. I had to wait for 3 minutes to be rung up while cashier held an entire conversation with another cashier. Will never go back again!

The Customer Service at this Home Depot location was excellent! Shout out to Lance, Kennedy, Kai-ron (plumbing), and a few other employees at the Customer Service desk that were friendly and very helpful.

The Store is extremely busy & not friendly staff.

This store was clean and Sanitizing products were available at the door to sanitize your hands, buggies and carts, Stocking was going on everywhere. special thanks to the young lady in the paint department for guiding me to the correct isle, i know she was getting something off a shelf that was not easy for her, yet she cheerfully helped me. Thank You Soooo Much!

The customer service is Terrible no one wants to assist the customers.They take their time to come help as well once you make contact with a manager their customer service is Poor as well ..This location is a Disappointment and I would take a longer drive to go to another location for better service

Worst experience EVER...the store was dirty as all F&@%...the staff was nasty & didn't know where anything was...I called to ask if they cut occasionally..I was told yes..but when I arrived...NO!..smh...I went 3x in one week & it was TERRIBLE every time..I get it due to rhe current status of the world...but daaam Gina!!...if yawl can't open & function to cap...just stay closed!!

I did find a product I was looking for easily but it was boxed and the shelf empty. Which seemed to be the case for a lot of the store. Whomever was to work the garden area at my time of entry was ill attentive. There were other people in the area looking to get help and no one could. If she hadn't come out of hiding with products to put away I believe that the woman who caught her would have left to find her hose elsewhere.((Apparently it was the last one in stock, allegedly)) Another woman same qualms as me, couldn't find anyone who worked in the area. Big thank you to Aaron I should have gotten his department but he was working the pallot jack near the cleaning supplies and storage. I ran him down flustered and forgot to be a human and for that I'm very sorry. He helped me get what I needed down. I'm vertically challenged but I was willing to climb on the shelves if I couldn't find anyone. Serious. This store is not clean. Gloves, plastic, and other debris litter the register area. The garden area is just tragic and don't even get me started on the parking lot. Hardly anyone seemed attentive in this store. Again I'm sorry Aaron for running you down like that. After apologizing and breathing (me not him) Aaron was very friendly and helpful. My dad had a similar issue when he visited this location and he had to pull Home Depot protocol on whomever was giving him lip to get someone to use the forklift , again to get boxed product down and restocked. He is a former employee of the chain. Honestly both of us would work here just to fix it and get it organized. It's sad to see a Home Depot like that; we've been customers for decades. I used to take daddy and we workshops here. Just sad man.

Social distancing and Mask's are not adhered to. Also, don't order online from this store. When you go to pick up your order it will most likely be gone and you would have wasted your time and have to wait 4-7 business days for a refund.

The Products were easy to find custom service was in every area of the store and the staff had a great and enthusiastic attitude in the COVID-19

Asked for help from several staff members and they all said "This is not my section." I left without making a purchase and went to the Farmington location. That store was clean and the staff was helpful.

Good customer service, he helped me get what I needed and I was in and out in no time..

Thius store is a hazard to the public

I would only recommend this store for the service that 1 sole person by the name of Anthony in Garden, provided to everyone that approached him for the hour that I was in his department. The other associates didn't bother to abandon their conversation and putting stock up, to assist me. The app stated this store had a qty of 53 of the flower planters I went there for. He checked his computer and saw they had the product. He continued looking while even helping others. He even got the lifter to reach the overhead and found the product I was requesting. This made up for the young people that didn't want to assist. Anthony should train the crew in this department.

The Associates associate are very helpful with finding any product product

DO NOT SCHEDULE A DELIVERY. The in store personnel were terrific; friendly, helpful, courteous. My order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. IT NEVER ARRIVED AND I RECEIVED ZERO NOTIFICATION! I called this morning to determine how this would be resolved. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES AND COUNTING!!!

Customer service is very good and fast

The paint department it the worst I have been there several times and each time the guys act like they didn’t have to show you where the paint was or they didn’t have the correct answer that you needed and one time I came there and the guys were saying here’s another one And start laughing I said what do you mean another lady who do not know where the paint is that’s what you’re here for and I just walked away I thought that was very rude

This Home Depot is so wonderful... The staff is AWESOME from the Attendant outside Greeters at the door all the way to the Checkout Cashier's...... The items you NEED are ALWAYS available.... Some people come just because the environment is peaceful a nice place to go ESPECIALLY if you're thinking of something to make......

The service personnel in appliance was very considerate and caring. She was very helpful and offered me a chair since I was having back problems

The customer service is great but the store is a little too cluttered in the front during this pandemic.

I ordered some stuff on line to save some time and it took 3 day for them to get it ready when I got there to pick it up I was the next person in line almost 45 minutes later I was still the next person in when I finally got the stuff I ordered it was wrong and she wanted to argue with me about it for 10 minutes before I demanded to speek with someone else then it took a half hour to get the right stuff

The customer service is Exceptional and they always have what I need.

This store needs an entire employee overhaul. Train employees how to talk to customers and help regarding basic home repairs Why is this the only store in the region where a security guard, looks at you as a shoplifting suspect and ask for a receipt. Plumbing section employees are more concerned about their next break and end of shift. Plumbing section employees provided no assistance for finding right part for repair.

The products are readily available and are always on the shelf. I was able to get assistance soon as possible. The store was clean and smelled fresh. The associates were pleasant and helpful.
