I get the best service at this store. Great people and great service.

There are no cashiers. I had to scan and check out myself. If I am going to work for Home Depot I want to get paid or receive an employee discount.

Always my first stop when I am doing home stuff… which is very often… great selection and service

The gentlemen with the red hair in a pony tail, glasses and a beard. Was very rude to me at checkout. I told him the item I had did not have a scan code. He then informed me I personally would have to go back and get another item. He did not offer to help me look it up on his hand held inventory check thingie, or offer to call someone else to help. After I asked him if I could just look it up myself on my phone and he could type it in. He looked and sounded annoyed. Said "yea". Then walked away. After I brought it up on my phone I tried to get his attention twice and he blatantly ignored me, turned his back to me. And did not acknowledge me. This ruined my shopping experience at this location.

My husband was denied his veteran discount because we are not registered on the home depot

I love this store… I am a big DIY fan and remodeled an old house I bought myself.., I love that Home Depot is a one stop shop with a huge variety of great brands to pick from!

During a 45 minute engagement, Floor Specialist, Mr. Robert Gorry impressed us with his customer service skills and high level of knowledge across merchandise. Mr. Gorry was courteous and patient with our many questions and was an articulate responder. He well-educated us, so we could make wise future purchases. Mr. Gorry is an asset to your customer service team!

Website shows they have a full line of Cloralen and Pinalen products, but you get to the store, only to find out they don't carry Cloralen and only had 1 Pinalen product. And I went to the specific store in town that supposedly had the products. Total waste of time.

I love coming to the Home Depot in Dewitt. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can always find what I need.

We are always greeted with a smile and how can I help you when we enter the store at the Pro Desk. Amy and Gina are especially helpful and cheerful when we arrive, even if they have a long line of customers, they always say Hi with a smile.

I have been utilizing the sales on home organization. Every time I go in, things are stocked and presented in a nice manner. I enjoy shopping at THD.

We are on the search for a new refrigerator. We looked at many of the models that were on display. The customer service lady was super. We have been online and looked at our options. Real people make the difference for sorting out the best refrigerator and helped us rank them.

Have been shopping for a new washer for some time the salesperson here was knowledgeable, pleasant and most importantly not pressuring!

Warren in electrical explained daylight, soft white and the watts associated with each bulb. I never new the in-depth of these. Nina at check out made my transaction incredible. Gave me publication info the rewards and how to incorporate my military into savings

The manager (I think her name was Pam), took the time to make sure I was able to find exactly what I needed. She was absolutely wonderful to speak to and is very proud of her role at Home Depot. I wll continue shopping here because of people like her.

Shopped around for a new microwave oven and got the best deal at Home Depot. Additionally, the Appliance Specialist, Joette Loomis, who assisted me in my selection and purchase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees at this store have always been able to assist me in any of my home improvement projects. Even if they were not sure they would be the answer for me. This store has always been clean. The ladies room is cleaner than expected. I have seen employees cleaning the restroom at different times of the day. I don't think I have every gone into the store and not bought anything. It is something about tools that I love. Thanks for being here.

This particular store had many employees available throughout the store to ask for help unlike other stores I frequent. All were friendly and willing to help. Checkout was quick.
