This store is the best Home Depot I have ever been too. It is well organized, friendly and the employees go out of there way to make sure you have everything.

Sometimes an item is not out but still sitting in a shipping box on an upper shelf. Otherwise I really like store.

Employees need to know how to process a military discount!

This store has improved and by that I mean the organization and the friendliness of the staff. The have ample cashiers available and items in stock when needed.

I had a good experience with this store. Two associates helped me find the items that I was looking for, and there was an abundance in stock, which I was not expecting for plexiglass panels. No line at check out, cashier was friendly and efficient as well. Great trip to a store!

We love this Home Depot. Super clean and staff is always so kind. Man aggressively cut in front of my family of 5 while waiting in line, which consists of 5 month old twins and a 2 year old. The cashier Naya told him he needed to wait and checked us out first after my husband called this aggressive man out. Thanks Naya!!!!

Store 925 is doing a great job and this is the best Home Depot in New Jersey I’ve been to. I will always be coming back to the store because they have everything and a friendly atmosphere

Todays purchase went very well. I needed paint and lighting. I dropped off the color and proceeded to look at lighting. When I returned the paint was waiting for me. My last trip I needed out door paint for railings. I asked the associate to tint the primer to match the oil base paint. He said there was no matching color for that primer. But I told him it did not have to be perfect. When I got home you could not tell the difference between the primer or the top coat. I was impressed.

Ask for VJ if you need help at register, she’s sharp!!

The sales associate J. P took time to explain the product I purchased to me. He was excellent. In addition, the cashier at checkout by the Garden side was very welcoming and pleasant.

In general, I have had good experiences with the staff at this location. HOWEVER, the men in the Pro area were abrupt, condescending and apathetic. I placed an order for delivery of pressure-treated decking and 4x4 posts last week. BEFORE I placed the order, I visually confirmed that the material was there. The young woman who put together the order and delivery was exceptionally helpful. She even walked out on the floor to confirm that the materials were there and were not already promised to another customer. She assured me that my order would be filled and the materials put aside for delivery immediately. Today I went to confirm the delivery. FIRST, I stood in the Pro area for several minutes while three men ignored me; one eventually left. Finally, I spoke up and said that I wanted to ask a question. One didn't even look up. The other said, "Come over." Since there were no plexiglass barriers near him, I asked where should I stand. He retorted, "Come over here!" He was not wearing a mask nor was there a barrier inside the Pro service area (there were, however, more than enough perimeter barriers if he had cared enough to stand up). Understand, this is New Jersey, and we have had it pretty rough. The store and the state are pretty clear about COVID-19 safety precautions. We went through the order, and he told me that the materials were out of stock and it would be 4-6 weeks. Um...I was told the material had been put aside and I have a delivery date. It's Thursday, the delivery is on Saturday. When was I supposed to be informed that I would not be able to move forward with the project. I have workers coming on Saturday. Had I not asked the question... then what? I pay them for coming over, missing other work, what?! Since he didn't really seem to care, I told him I wanted to cancel the order. He told me that I had to go to Customer Service. The Customer Service representative (who, BTW, was VERY helpful) told me they should have handled the cancellation directly. I am very angry and upset. I have NEVER been treated in such a way at this store or any other lumberyard or supply store. I have spent literally thousands of dollars over the years at this specific store/location. I am SO disappointed in them. I will never go back to this store.

Going in the morning is the best time at home depot.

Excellent customer service. My questions were answered and I was walked back to the shelf and had helping putting the product in my cart. Pleasant shopping experience. Competitive prices. Clean store. Carts are sanitized and everyone wears masks. Only reason not a 5 is that it would be nice for hand sanitizer or wipes to be available like other stores do. Thumbs up! 4 star.

I found the product needed for a shiplap wall in my home. Steve and Ernie in lumber assisted me in cutting the boards so the I could safely transport them. The success of a company is not only measured by the product offered, but by the employees who assist the customer.
