I visited this location twice recently for flooring and bathroom products. Each time, they had EVERYTHING I needed. My husband and I were very grateful for all of the help we received in finding the products we needed. Happy and thankful that the store was well stocked.

This is our favorite store. We shop here all the time. The staff is so helpful, always nice and so knowledgeable. This store has everything we need at a reasonable price.

I was working with Jessica to get a refund for some products I bought for my dad for Father's day that he didn't want. She worked so hard, making multiple calls, getting me products, as well as figuring out multiple solutions to help me with my refund (there were many technical problems that she worked through). She even worked through very stifling computer issues. She did her very best to make sure I was satisfied, I haven't experienced customer service like this anywhere else. To Jessica, I just want to say thank you so much for all of your kindness, help and effort.

We looked at Home Depot Hot-water heaters. They arranged for a contracted salesman to visit our home and look at our needs. He was excellent. All went well thanks to his carefully analysis.

I was seeking to rent a flooring edge sander. I am coming from out-of-town to Durham area to help my son at this house. Online reservation website did not work (and the person that I finally spoke with confirmed the problems). I finally was finally able to reserve the tool over the phone (but only because I had a Pro Xtra account--others are out of luck!) after calling the store 21 times with no answer. So I was able to reserve the tool but could not purchase the required sanding disks. I was told that they could not be sold over the phone. So tell me why I would reserve a tool and not able to purchase the sanding disks??

We are doing some renovation work on our home. I needed a few items from Home Depot today and I found the associates to be very helpful. The associates in the paint department were helpful in answering my questions and in finding the products I needed. They were also very friendly. The cashier who helped me is named Demetris, and she was a joy to interact with. I have been impressed by the cordial and abundant staff I have encountered in my recent visits to Home Depot. I enjoy shopping there.

The Home Depot has the best parking lot of many retailers for access to the store and garden center. Its selection of quality bird seed is better than other home improvement stores.

I embarked on a renovation project and was in need of retail home improvement store that I felt on which I could rely. I found it at Home Depot. Not only did I find what materials needed for the project, the employees at the Pro-Desk were exceptional. They were always courteous, cordial and extremely helpful in providing me with information and suggestions that made the project a success. Though I do not like to spend money, Home Depot definitely made my anxiety of spending money more tolerable. I definitely recommend Home Depot as the place to shop.

I especially like the selection of high quality birdseed at this store. I also come here for plywood, drywall and other building supplies.

Home Depot in Durham has a great selection of bird seed and garden plants during every season of the year.

The store didn't have "stuff" out in the middle of the isles making it hard to get by and the staff are so helpful. Everything I needed was in the store.

Needs to train employees on customer service.

I walked into the checkout and there were three employees standing there chatting. I was not greeted and no acknowledgement that I was there. There were two more customers that entered the area and all three perked up and said GOOD MORNING SIR to them. I was confused as I left the store and wondered was it my one little item or was it something else..I will leave it right here but I will never return again.
