I had several different types of purchases to make. I had 3 different employees who were extr helpful in 3 different areas. I got expert advice in paint and help signing up for a Pro Extra account. The parking lot had no random carts sitting in the wrong place! And the store was clean and organized.

I purchased shrubs, St Augustine grass plugs, and a potted plant for a gift and was very pleased with the quality of these plants, the prices, and the customer service!

Helpful, knowledgeable employees, friendly cashiers, well stocked. Clean store. Easy parking

The service at this store is always impeccable. I simply love it.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years. I find the staff at the University Parkway store to be extremenly helpfull. In fact if you stand still to long an employee will approach you and ask if you need help in locating an item. An act not commonly found in the "Big Box" stores. Keep up the good work. PS Although I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years this is my first review and happy to do so! Should have done it years ago.

Kathleen has been wonderful every single time we visit the paint section, she knows her stuff! Just adore her! Barb was so funny when checking is out, even though it was self check out…. She just grabbed the cart and helped us instead of how people normally stand around…. Not Barb! She was so amazing! Always shop here and always coming back!

This store is great! I’ve been going here for YEARS! from the cashier from years ago Roy, to the current employees Michael March…. Or MnM (that’s what I’m going to call him from now on!) lol i love the clearance section too, it’s always a little extra surprise i didn’t need to buy but would stumble upon! Love that they’re around the corner!

I went there to get some help on a project for my work and the entire time I was speaking to the woman in the paint department she was so rude and short with me. I am not a professional and I would expect employees in her position to be willing to help, but maybe I am wrong. I have been to this specific location many times over the years for help with choosing the right paint and I have never had such a bad experience before.

Merchandise not maintained

I always go to this store, and the staff are very supportive of technical questions and the right products - they're outstanding.

I was looking for a weber grill. Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and its pricing. I liked what I heard and he walked me to the cashier to do the payment. Denise was also very helpful and patient because she had some system issues applying the floor discount. Chris came to assist and after several attempts they we finally able to successfuly process the payment. In addition, Noah went diligently to get a grill cover and the payment went through smoothly. Nice teamwork!

They always service very good they help at checkout and j elp find products for you some guys help with ideas on how to do it no place else.giving you advice like they do on how to get a job done good. Let's do this.

bought new washer and dryer and with so many to choose from was grateful to John Davidson in appliance dept to help guide us to the perfect purchase.

After a two hour hassle in the store with three employees, including the operations manager, we were given a delivery date that soon led to a phone call that it would be back ordered another 10 days.
