Leslie is the 1st person in the 8 years that I've been doing pay by phone that ever mention the survey to me which is awesome and she helped me tech with no issues !!! great job Leslie!!

Not helpful or knowledgeable associates. They ignore you as they walk by. They avoid eye contact or acknowledging you. They don’t have enough product knowledge. Chaotic place at customer service desk. Cashiers are unaware of their behavior around customers. Not professional. Loud cashiers. Not a customer-service-focused store.

This store is really organized, clean and the staff is great! Leslie helped me with an exchange and it was the easiest process ever. Highly recommend this store.

I've been shopping here for years and I notice a new vive and attitude in the workers who actually seem to care about customer satisfaction. Congratulations to whoever has provoked this change. Keep it up..

HOME DEPOT team member was very kind and fast to finalize my return in seconds without any problem. Thanks for their fantastic customer service.

I don't like Home Depot at all. This store is the worst. Finding an employee is impossible and when you do, you have to interrupt their conversation to ask for help. It's like pulling teeth.

This store is closer to my residence so I use it more for home purchases. I use the stores in Oviedo and on Alafaya also for work and personal purchases. The layout of the stores are completely different and the one on East Colonial has a better layout and flow than the other two. Just a personal preference, but I often have to use the Home Depot app to locate stuff in the other stores vs. this one.

Money was collected from my bank account for an item that was supposed to be in stock. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that merchandise was out of stock but at the same time the customer associated instructed me to go to another store where she ascertained the item was there. Lazy people!

The employees were so nice and friendly, I mean they went out of their way to help me with the crazy situations I needed help with. I definitely recommend this store.

I purchased brand new Samsung appliances in March 2022 and spent close to $4K. The washer and dryer was recalled and defective. It took Samsung months to reimburse me for a product that was 2 months old so I can repurchase a new washer. 2nd washer was delivered and problematic as well with water leaking g during wash cycle and damaging my new wood flooring. The management was amazing and I now 10 months later have a new LG washer and dryer. I will NEVER purchase Samsung appliances and will make sure to let everyone know!

Both IRYNA, the store manager, and DANA, the desk clerk, helped us purchase 20 poinsettias at a greatly reduced discount in order to afford the next size up from the ones that were on sale that we were told on the phone were there in quantity, but when we got to the store there were none to be found, and we had driven a long distance to get there.

I spoke with Iryna concerning my difficult financial situation and an unexpected and costly home repair and requested assistance and she was very condescending to me and humiliated me.

The garden center at the Colonial Store has some great staff. They are friendly and helpful.

The Home Depot store is quite far from my place, however, I always find the products I need at a very good price. Associates are very helpful as well.

I worked with Rick on this order. He help make suggestions that saved me money and made the job look that much better.

Carts are always in isles with orders on never able to use one or move around with a cart because too many orders are stored on carts in the way

My experience was taken to a new level by Orlando in the Garden shop. Talk about a CLASS ACT!!! I walked into the garden shop I was greeted, smiled and treated like a friend that I haven't seen in years. Enthusiasm, excitement and amazing energy are words to describe him. Orlando introduced himself and asked how he could help me. He did not tell me where the item was he took me directly to it, smiling and acknowledging people along the way. You don't have an employee you have an asset!

I recently purchased a refrigerator for my brand new home. I’ve never bought any big ticket items before. The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process.

Went into store with a receipt to return 2 items. When I got there, the first person said she the computer wouldn't let her return it. Then went on to say, that since it was a special order (which it wasn't, had it at local stores) I had to bring it back to the store I bought it from. Had her call the manager. Before "customer service manager" came over to speak with me, the clerk seem to be explaining what was going on. He came over and looked at me and just said "Yes"-I said I want to return these items. He said I had to go back to where I ordered it, and I said show me in writing where that is on your company policy (had the policy pulled up) and he said it wasn't in writing. Finally, he returned it and gave me a gift card. The original clerk said I had to take a gift card, which was no problem. I even said to the 'manager' I was reporting him, he said go ahead. They wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the head! Will NEVER go back to this store again!
