Working on a second home in Wilton Manors and could not be more impressed with the friendliness and service at the local Home Depot. Bravo to Maria for making my daunting paint experience enjoyable and the recommendations for the Metallic paint choice.

I came in to replace an item and stood in customer service for 30 minutes I was skipped twice and when i asked for assistance the lady in the service department was so evil and nasty I cried. This is the worst experience ever.

I purchased this product today and I am so glad I did with the help of the sales person.

The worst customer service. Self check out causes more issues and frankly I am doing the work of the cashiers and they still have attitudes

If I can’t find what I’m looking for the associates are more than willing to help me out and on the plus side don’t rush me

Nice covered parking garage so you don't get wet employees are friendly and you do not have to look for them to help you they're right there

I get that the employees are at the self check out registers to HELP assist you if help is needed. But a white employee just started to scan my 16 dollar worth of items because i was black. I looked around at the other people at the other registers and no one was scanning their items. It felt weird and i felt like i was a target and already judged by my skin color. Anyways i feel like if you guys want to scan the items bring back the regular cash registers with actual cashiers. If not, do not just single out black people at the self check out registers!

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me find my items and even explained how the new equipment I purchased works.

I was looking cufflins for a pvc piping I couldn't find and the assist me, when they was done with another customer to beginning to end showing me and knowledgeable about what I needed to get the job done!

One of the best Home depots I ever shop at they have a very friendly staff and willing to help out all customers instead of me looking for someone to help me there is a Home Depot sale associate in all departments asking me how can they help me very surprising that there is people to help you when you need it

They have everything in stock and your special orders come very quickly and they resolve a lot of problems

I always find what I need I don't have to drive to another Home Depot

Thank you to Shaquita who was so very helpful and friendly at the checkout. She made sure everyone got to the designated point of sale in a timely manner and answered all the questions that were asked of her with a smile on her face. She is a true asset to any company!

Mark in plumbing the greatest. Guy is a gem and helped me from start to finish even though he was busy with other work. Very considerate will be shopping at this location in the future as a result

All the employees are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The store manager obviously does a great job in making sure that all employees give the customers positive experiences.

Had 2 specialty keys made in the morning. Returned home and 1 didn’t work. Called the store at 2:21 pm. On hold until after 2 different associates on 2 occasions picked up said they’d connect me to a manager. At 2:53 pm, I was disconnected. Now I must go back during the weekend when the store is packed and get a new key made

I’ve been so impressed with the staff attitude change! Staff like FREDDY, LATINO DAVID, GISSELL, and several others all have 5 star employees. They came to us, happily to assist with our requests.

The elevators on the second level to your store have not worked in 3 years. Someone i know was trapped in there and they had to call 911. Fix the elevators before there is a major lawsuit against HD.

Have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot it just goes to show management must treat their employees right as the employees treat the customers the way they are treated. AAA plus.
