We even find things we weren't looking for! Everyone in the store tries to be helpful and we are grateful to all of them, especially Bernie Camarda! And Vito.

I went to this particular Home Depot location to get some keys made. I did get the keys made and I am satisfied with them. However the wait time for those keys was way too long. When I started waiting at the key center I was the only person waiting. Soon four other people were in line behind me. One customer went to Customer Service and asked for an employee to be sent to the Key Center. Four announcements were made before an employee finally arrived. The wait was at least twenty minutes and it should not have been that long at all.

The East Hanover store is CLEAN, ORGANIZED, WELL STOCKED and they always have plenty of HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Everything I needed to refresh my deck and garden for Spring.

Great facility! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We went to HD to buy CO alarm/detectors and picture hanging hook kits. One employee directed us to the correct aisles. Another employee confirmed that we picked the right hanging kits. Then another employee, Demetrius, opened a lane so we didn't have to wait to check out. Wow!

Maria is flooring was informative, friendly, and so helpful. She gave us all the information we needed to feel comfortable moving forward with our flooring project. Thank you!!

I do not live in E. Hanover, unfortunately the Home Depot close to my home was flooded, so I took the 1/2 hr drive to the E. Hanover store. I'm so glad I did! The staff are amazingly helpful and kind. I will definitely go back. Big Thanks to Mr. Ugonna, an incredibly patient CASHIER

Lighting horrible, hard to see and read labels. Pallets of goods and parked forklifts all over the store, hard to navigate around. Merchandise seems very limited and shelves poorly stocked, only found two of 7 or 8 items I was looking for, including an item I specifically went there for because the website said there was ample stock.

Had a great shopping experience at the East Hanover store thanks to Bernie, Appliance Specialist who provided a professional customer service during my visit. He was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. I was able to find the refrigerator I was searching for months. Product was a floor model, on sale, and anyone could have steal the deal but Bernie kept it on hold for me and made sure I got.

As senior citizens we greatly appreciate the assistance Joel Goldstein gave us in purchasing a refrigerator. He was professional, courteous and patient.

Despite going her repeatedly and spending thousands of dollars on supplies, it seems that the end caps are always crowded, getting around the store with a loaded cart is always cumbersome, and finding someone to assist you is near impossible. There are gems - such as Angel, one of the front end cashiers, but in general, the managers have terrible attitudes and are very dismissive. If you must shop a Home Depot, pick another store. When you buy bulk, it's a pain to get them to open the larger doors to get the material out - you feel like you're wrong to not want to push sheetrock through the enclosed exit area. Total experience is a pain.

EARLY RISE AND EARLY SERVICE FROM ALL EMPLOYEES IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very happy that I have a convenient Home Depot, however, due to this past year and the COVID-19 pandemic, it is not always easy to find an employee to assist in finding a product. I understand and realize that this past year was very, very unusual and feel that there will be more employees in the future to assist customers.

Store seems to be making improvements in their hiring practicies, and it shows. Hopefully they keep it up. Also, the place is looking a lot tidier than in the recent past -- more good news. Plus, they have folks working there like "Stephanie" who is an absolute pleasure to deal with and just gets the job done each and every time.

The cashier, Jimmy, that rang me up was truly amazing. He made my day, and got me in and out of the store in no time at all. Incredibly patient, and an awesome employee. Thank you for all the hard work that you do, you're doing a great job!

I receives customer service from Tammy and Chris that was excellent - a shopping experience does not get better than what I experienced today.

While I enjoy the store, the experience with its employees vary on time of day and who you engage with. Customer Service is one factor that drives a business and proper training of employees to be an aide in the process is critical. Some employees are just not meant to be customer facing as such they should identified and moved to areas where there introverted expertise can be better served.

I routinely go to the East Hanover store. I shop for paint, seasonal materials, lights and electrical stuff all the time. It's close, convenient and the people are very helpful.
