Employees don’t care about customers. I know it’s Miami and I lower my standards when it comes back to customer service but waiting an hour at check out to figure out 2 pieces of wood is by far ridiculous.

I also saw her attend other customers in the same manner before it was my turn in line. humbelina Treated me with great care and respect She deserves to be recognized for her good attitude and excellent customer service.

Last month I discovered I had a leak in my 100-foot garden water hose. This store had a nice variety of lengths, and colors. Most importantly with a very competitive price point! Just what I was looking for. Super

I HAVE BEEN BUYING FOR YEARS AT HOME DEPOT STORE #6378 AND I AM TIRED OF THE DISCRIMINATION AND HUMILATION AS A WOMAN AT THE PAINT DEPARTMENT THERE IS NOT ORGANIZATION IN THAT DEPARTMENT WHEN YOU GO TO PAINT DEPARTMENT THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU. THEY ASSIGN ASSOCIATES THAT HIDE AND DO NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER I AM TIRED OF THIS SITUATION AND THE STORE MANAGER JUAN DOES NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS EVERYTIME I GO TO THE PAINT DEPARTMENT AT HOME DEPOT STORE #6378 ONE SPENDS MORE THAN 3 HOURS AT THAT SAME DEPARTMENT BECAUSE NO ASSOCIATES WANTS TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR ASSIST YOU WITH THE PAINT. THERE IS NO ORGANIZATION SUCH AS PICK A NUMBER TO SEE WHO IS THE NEXT IN LINE. ONE HAS TO GO THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION OF GOING THERE AND ASKING WHO IS NEXT IN LINE. AND THE STORE MANAGER DOES NOT CHANGE THE POLICY OR BETTER THE ORGANIZATION. THE EMPLOYEES AT THAT STORE #6378 DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THEY GO OVER THE MANAGERS DECISION. THE ASSOCIATES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT NEED TO BE BETTER TRAIN IN HOW TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS WITH PAINT QUESTIONS AND ALSO OTHER ISSUES. ASSOCIATES IN THAT HOME DEPOT PAINT DEPARTMENT HIDE FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS STOCK AND NOT ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE ORDER TO PAINT OR QUESTIONS. IT IS INCREDIBLE THAT A STORE MANAGER JUAN IS EARNING HIS PAYCHECK AND I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE MANAGERS OF THE STORE TO LET MARISELA VEGA CALL ME SO I CAN INFORM HER NOT TO IGNORE THE SERIOUS PROBLEM AT THAT STORE ONE IS PAYING AND GETS THAT DISRESPECT. I AM TIRED OF COMPLAINING TO THE STORE MANAGER AND HE IGNORES THE SERIOUS SITUATION

Patrick from the paint department is a very nice person. His good work habits and ability to help customers feeds off to the other employees and makes them a great team together. Thalia A cash register assisted me in the self check out without me, asking for help shows initiative in her part and good example for other employees to see thank you thalia and Patric for making a difference. Thank you managers for being a good example and get your good employees more money

Humbelina the cashier at 6:20am she had a happy face I asked her if her register was open and she kindly replied yes I’ll help you come right this way. I thanked Humbelina and kindly expressed my gratitudes this makes my shopping experience better she deserves to be monetarily compensated.

Tonika, the cleaning associate, was very helpful. Definitely recommend this Home Depot.

An associate yelled at me this morning when I asked for help locating a piece of PVC pipe. I am vision impaired, use a walker, and am a senior. The associate would not give me her name so I recorder her and plan on uploading the video later.

I love this Home Depot store! they always have a variety of the things I need. there is always someone available to help me with any needs that I may have.

Close to my office and they always have what I need

I was treated so professionally by Lori in Customer Service. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer care.

This particular home Depot is rather hidden, but that's neither here or there. It is typically in line with all the other home depots, as it has it's protocols to make all home depots alike. Having said that, it is all the one expects at a home Depot and for this I have no complaints. Keep up the good work, but try to lower those prices if you can.

More handicap parking slots needed close to the entrance.

Home Depot should focus on customer service. I am a Pro customer JOELT Services Llc and this is the worse store. Very busy so sales are high but everything else is lacking.

Going to Home Depot most of the time feels like a Giant empty Warehouse with lots of house goodies and roaming Zombie employees (with exceptions always).. Home Depot Ok. Rd Hialeah feels like home though... Can't find any zombies.. Just helpful people That are accessible on the phone and available in the store like Maria and Q today

This Neighborhood store has been around for many years and to my surprise I was treated rudely by one of the employees "TOMAS HERNANDEZ" that work in the Key section. He needs to take another course in customer service. He was rude and dismissive....Not to mention, when I asked for his name, he got defensive and yelled, "TOMAS HERNANDEZ" and pointed as his apron like I didnt understand english. I probably would never shop at this store again. I am highly disappointed. The cashier was very nice though. I know Home deport pride themselves in customer service, as a college student myself, I've done a study on home deport and I spoke very highly of this organization, so this was disappointing. All I wanted was a key made and if you guys didnt supply it, a simple, "Sorry sir, Unfortunate we dont make those" would have did the job.

This is the worst store I've been to. Always a problem but this visit just didn't sit well with me. No one to help you locate an item. The mangers doesn't do anything when a problem is brought to their attention. I did not feel welcomed at this store.

The line at the service desk was short and didn't even have to wait long, same with self checkout

Great customer service - they really know their stuff and are the perfect combination of helpful and professional. Miguel in the Paint Department is great!

This store consistently for me rates higher than any of the other Home Depots that I may frequent. They always have the store clean and organized and I always get help when I need it.

LUCAS was awesome! Very attentive young man. Wish all employees everywhere were as nice as Lucas ! I appreciate his kindness.

Because if you need help you found always employees around the store willing to help and go an extra mile to help you and for me is a big difference when you have to decide to make a buying something that you need.

Eduardo was very helpful, very enthusiastic and positive also informative. He made the item I was shopping for really easy and he made sure to find the part that I was looking for even though I was struggling to find it 10/10 best employee I have ever had at ANY Home Depot location

I had a great shopping experience at Hialeah store in the garden department. Jenny and Khalil have great customer service and they helped me to get the correct and appropiate items. Thank you so much for your great help!
