There is little to no customer service in this store, so disappointing from what it used to be like.

I bought these for my wife's sewing room. Strong, sturdy and priced right. Much better than the sewing tables from sewing stores.

Paige Chapman went out of her way to help us in the remodel of our kitchen. She patiently explained everything we needed to know about different products. My husband and I were so impressed with her knowledge about everything we asked. She truly went out of her way to help. A great big thanks! She is a great asset to your store.

Great products but sometimes out of stock or you have to order on line that should be in stock.

The staff here are always friendly and I feel like I can always ask questions about products or a project I am completing

Checkout lines were lined up. 2 Managers just standing and not helping customers checkout or even acknowledging me that I entered the store. The lady in garden, Zoey was very helpful. Employees should have to take a class in customer service

The store is generally clean and product neatly placed in its spot throughout the store. employees seem to stay busy and are helpful when needed

This morning I had to buy some of those tiny halogen light bulbs for the bathroom vanity lights. I go to the East Kennewick Home Depot every time for these. Two reasons I go here. 1. The store is less than 400 Yards away. 2. They always have these little odd ball items.

I wanted a retractable screen door and got a very knowledgable employee. The gave me options when I did not know they were available and made the necessary calls to the product seller and the installer to make sure my purchase was exactly what I was looking for.

Donna at self-checkout, Fletcher in the wood department , Patrick in power tools, and especially Skip in Tool Rentals are just so fantastic every time I go to this location! They really have good suggestions and a great attitude! They make my (multiple **daily**) trips worth my time and it is really a great feeling when they remember the projects I work on and come up with suggestions for me!

Would like to thank Ms Maria at the checkout counter by the return area, always a big smile and friendly attitude, don't know how she remembers every ones name. She makes everybody feel good about shopping there! A big thank you Maria

I had the best service ever in this Home Depot. Actually had an employee work with me to make sure I got exactly what would work best for me. She took the time to go over all the features good and bad of each appliance that I was looking at. She took the time to show me the appliances that were in the store for color and uses. One of my best experiences with Home Depot I would definitely go to that Home Depot for all my needs in the future! Thank you

All good things about this store

Becca was helpful with figuring out the best material for our project. Diego was friendly while cutting the plywood for us and good about attending to each person that needed his attention. Paula, our cashier, made sure we found everything OK and made check out quick and easy. Everyone else, we didn't catch their names, was very friendly and helpful with pointing us in the right direction and at least 2 employees asked if we needed any help (One was working over at the BBQ).

The store was in ok order, but I saw a lot of empty spaces on the racks. I had to have someone call for a CSA to help me find the tool I needed. That took about 20 minutes. Between that and the time it took me to get a decent tool, I have lost almost 2-1/2 hours of my project time. At an average pay rate of 15 dollars an hour, that adds up to $37.50. I’m thoroughly disgusted with your company at this moment.

Home Depot always has the best selection of merchandise from Washers and Dryers to ceiling fans. You can always find what you need at Home Depot at reasonable prices and great customer service.
