Ive shoped at this location twice in the past couple of weeks. Employees were very helpful on both occasions.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Gregory cut down my metal drawer slides for me! He really went above and beyond to help me.

Garden center team is always helpful

I had a horrible experience with the installers taking a part of the microwave that they could not install. First two managers I spoke with were less than helpful and even lied to me. I finally had to return the microwave and it took a week (they say I should get it tomorrow) to get a refund.

There are very busy team members in this store. They are well practiced in serving the needs of others.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed Saturday morning with the planting choices I needed to make and the number of things I needed to purchase, I worked my way through the crowd to the smile of Taylor, cashier in the Garden Department. She did a price check, added potting soil to my cart, and cheerfully made sure I was with my full cart. Thank you Taylor!

I purchased 12 : 2 x 8 x 10 pressure treated lumber, 9 at Hilton Head @ $23.28 a piece. 1 day later purchased 2x8x10 pressure treated lumber in Savannah @ $21.78 a piece, a $1.50 cheaper in Savannah How is one store priced differently than another. These prices are before tax. Very disappointed the store I normally frequent cost more and now wonder if the cost of all items in Hilton Head are priced higher. I paid a total of $13.50 more for the lumber in Hilton Head. Please explain

Sale cashier Angela was really helpful as usual.

This location is consistently stocked with general construction material, tools and equipment better than nearby building supply stores. The cashiers and self checkout is always working efficiently which greatly reduces my trip times.

I had to make some returns, Adeola made it easy! She was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It's hard to get and keep good employees these days; Home Depot is lucky to have her!
