Store is always clean, employees are friendly. It is rare that we cant get questions or information about a project we are working on. Seems wellstocked.

The customer services at this Home Depot I rate this store 5 stars because no matter what you need or what you are asking for they do point you in the right direction.

Veryhelpful and friendly staff

We needed lumber brought down from the shelves. Pete approached and asked to give 20 to 25 minutes to be able to get what we needed down. We agreed and went for other items. When we came back the items were not down yet. Pete saw us and apologized said he would get right on it he has had a lot of customers. We waited another 30 minutes. He was able to get one of the loads down and while we were getting what we needed he went back to get his forklift and another employee hoped on it and starting driven away . Pete explained to Carl he had a customer waiting the young lady waving the flags said AND! They drove away and Pete had to go to the front to complain. A guy named Dave came back and helped Pete get the rest of the products down and apologized along with Pete doing so. Carl needs to be told that this type of disrespect is not acceptable. Thank you to Pete and Dave for trying to make our experience good but Carl made that not possible.

I love this store !!! I drive an extra 11 miles just to go to this location !!! The associates here are the GREATEST !!!

It's a joy to shop at Home Depot! The sales people are very helpful and willing to go out of their way just to assist me in searching for what I need. Thanks for the smiles - especially during this pandemic season! I appreciate and commend everyone in this store! Can't wait to go back to look for more stuff I can use..

I truly enjoyed working with Jen D. in the Flooring Dept. She patiently worked with me until I was completely happy with my decisions. And, she made me feel valued as a customer.

I was impressed by the Ted who worked in the Floor Department. He assisted md and his customer service was great.

Since moving into the area in 2013 we have used the Home Depot as our updating center. We have front shutters, supplies to help build our deck. Supplies for adding a closet and a pantry.. A chandelier, four new ceiling fans (Hunters). a new fridge, stove, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave ( all GE Grey). new faucets in kitchen, and both bathrooms. two new commodes, two new shower heads. .wire shelving for closets. clothing rod for closet. spring mulch. flowers, foods, sprays etc, I was joking with an employee that if I had a complain that was settled they would have take the whole home back. I'm thankful that all has been well. I guess you can see why I checked that we would be back to shop again. Glad your here.

The store is always well stocked and clean. The employees were all masked in these Covid times and we felt safe shopping here. There are 3 Home Depot’s within easy drive from our Home but this is by far our favorite. Easy access from route 40, lots of parking and friendly team.

Staff are nice, Kim Ellison was friendly and helpful. We where in and out quickly with our item.

The staff at the paint desk are always helpful and knowledgeable. The same goes for all the staff in their specialized areas. In addition, if you need help in a specific area and no one is around, just find a Home Depot staff member and they will find you who and or what you need.

Great staff, knowledgeable staff that always is there to help and answer questions able you next project.

My wife & I live in Essex. We have to pass 2 other Home Depot stores before we hit the Edgewood store. We don't mind the extra drive time because the store is always well stocked & the folks working there are extremely knowledgeable & friendly. On today's visit, 5/29/2020, our cashier, Demarys 2576 00009 53810 , went above & beyond. She was extremely helpful & very pleasant. Folks like her are 1 of the reasons we are repeat shoppers at this store.

We called to see if they had a particular vanity still in stock. We purchased one that was defective. When we arrived, they had the new one at customer service, took it to our car, took the other one out of our car, and wished us a nice day. Friendly, helpful, thorough - we were very appreciative.

The store was clean, orderly, and well stocked. Employee Khadjah very friendly and patient.

This store is a grand staple in the community due to the friendly, helpful staff and generous stock. In comparison to other stores in the area, this remains to be my family's favorite.

Best Home Depot store, clean and full of inventory, always having what I am in need of. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Nicola is a great cashier, fast, accurate and very friendly. Carl was very helpful and assisted me with lumber. Brian was quick to respond when I needed help. Pete and Bill helped me over the past couple of years if I have ever had any questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and a asset to the store. Thanks

I am happy to write this review for the store since I left happy and I did find help from what I needed when I shop. The store is clean, shoppable, friendly workers and I get help every time I go there. The lady Valerie in the service desk is very friendly. Leilani Andolana in appliances is full of knowledge. Dontress in paint taking time to help me picking my paint colors. In general, the edgewood store is the most cleanest in the district, organized, friendly people, helpful and I can get help. I say this because I have been looking at different stores where I can go and no issues. This is the BEST store!
