Hi, Let me quote from Home Depot’s website regarding the price match policy, “If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. (This may involve the associate contacting the competitor).” Today at the 9700 Lower Azusa Rd, El Monte, CA 91731Home Depot, I bought a 16 oz Goof Off Pro strength remover. While checking the price i found Harbour Freight is selling the same 16 oz Goof Off Pro strength remover for 6.99$. The home depot price was 8.47$. While checking out at the register i brought the price match issue with the attending staff and subsequently the supervisor. Very confidently both of them replied that Home Depot doesn’t do price match. I asked them to convey the matter to the manager, and the manager replied the same. I am bringing this issue to your attention so that you can either change your price match policy which is stated on your webside. On the otherhand if that information is correct do the needful to inform about this to the staffs. Regards,

I went to buy a few things and when I got to the garden department, there was mouse and rat feces on the floor by the inventory as well as nests where rat urine and feces was present on stock of waterhoses. There were boxes so dirty I had to wash my hands after touching the inventory

David was working in garden and was very helpful and attentive. He had great suggestions and seemed very knowledgeable.

The cashiers were on top of things and calling customers as they walked up to the line. very punctual! Shelves were very well stocked, the store everything that i needed.

The cashier Azario was terrible in providing customer service by yelling at customers and being inconsiderate of what are the actual needs of the customer, the company and providing service. He should definitely be better trained or terminated all together

Damien went above and beyond to help us. We had been to 2 other Home Depot stores and was very dissatisfied with their lack of help and rudeness. Damien with the assistance of benji looked all over the overstock and located product.

I had a non receipted return of some gutter screens and a screen door handle that did not fit. The retail amount of the product was just under $35. I was told I could not make the return without a receipt and was turned away. I looked at The Home Depot refund policy on line and it states that I can make a return without a receipt so long as I have a valid ID that is approved through a third party site. I had to go back in to the store and ask for an MOD. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes with some made up policy that “started this year” that all returns must have a receipt. If you are operating under The Home Depot umbrella you should follow the corporate policies to the T.

We needed our inside doors and trim painted. Ask Home Depot for advice. They gave us a list and we chose Oceguera Painting Plus - OPP. Very happy.

They should make this store all employees a sample of how Home Depot services should be providing. Excellent, attitudes and effort!

I love shopping at Home Depot because there are so many things for Home Improvement and lots of good products for the home. The Staff is friendly and are always willing to help the customer, thank you Home Depot in Temple City.

I was greeted at the door, an employee named Manny helped me find what I needed. I was checked out by cashier Maria, and I'm not going to lie she was the nicest cashier I've met, she was very attentive to my needs and even helped apply for a Home Depot credit card. She is the greatest, please give her a day of or a raise, maybe both.

I purchased a $500.00 pressure washer. I knew nothing about them. Employee Sal came over to help me. He looked up technical questions for me and helped me to select a sprayer that was better than what I had initially select. He helped me to selected the best sprayer for doing my cards, driveway and house exterior. Very knowledgeable person and helpful to me. After checking out - he helped me to take it to my car and lifted it for me. I was so impressed. I tried to give him $20.00 and he said "No thank you, Sir." I am a 75 year old Veteran and I am really proud of this man. I hope management gives him a raise. I want to say thank you, Sal. You really helped me and I'm most appreciative. Also I want to thank Home Depot for honoring my Veteran status and giving me a 10% discount. That was great too! It was a wonderful shopping experience for me. I used the pressure washer for the first time to wash 4 of my cars and clean the driveway. The equipment worked very well and I am so pleased with the results! Thanks to Sal because he helped me to select the correct products. Had I not had his help I would have been disappointed in the smaller unit that I had selected. Thank you, Home Depot and Sal!
