They left the 10 bags of soil at the edge if the yard almost on the side walk . Was plenty only one car was in the drive way I'm glad is only soil that one will stole. Thanks home depot you nailed again.

I purchased a clearance item, last one with an open box. I was reminded to make sure the parts were all there

I wandered around the store for about an hour but was not once greeted or approached by an employee to offer assistance. This was my first time in this location. The only interaction was after I checked myself out. I was asked to complete a survey online for a sweepstakes entry.

I visited the Webster Home Depot recently and I was thoroughly impressed with the positive demeanor and good work by the employees. Specifically, Stacy and Victoria wer working hard to positively optimize the customer experience at this store. This location is obviously managed very well.

Manager, Ricky, was extremely helpful and willing to assist in making sure we left the store with the product we were interested in. He was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. The cashier, Adrianna, was also very pleasant and help us check out in a timely fashion. Would definitely shop at this store again.

I like shopping at the Home Depot in my neighborhood and all the other Home Depots in the Houston Area or the Texas Area as well. All the stores are very consistent with their products. I always know what to expect at any Home Depot I shop at. Home Depot is always my first choice for home improvement products. And I can find what I want on line before I go to the store or I can just have it delivered.

Overall I like the store. Easy access. Good parking. Wide variety of merchandise. Friendly employees. Sometimes there might be a difference between merchandise shown in stock on website and what is actually in the store.

Le Ping went out of her way to help me make some keys. She is professional, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. My trips to Home Depot are always good, but this time was even more so. Le Ping is a great representative and associate of Home Depot. Thank you Le Ping!

Cashier kept asking questions I wasn’t necessarily comfortable answering and when I said that he proceeded to say “it’s not that big of a deal”. Definitely felt more uncomfortable afterwards.

The manager (blond, 5'4" 40s?), Carlos, and Madonna took our visit to the next level. They helped us quickly find what we needed and were warm and friendly at the same time.

I bought appliances at the Home Depot in Webster and I’m very happy with my whole experience. The staff are knowledgeable polite professional and friendly. I highly recommend this Home depot!

Very frustrating that they wouldn’t honor the price they had displayed on their shelf. And it was even the manger that seen the item and price.

We shop at Home Depot literally every weekend, so much so that the map on my phone, regardless of where we are going, will guess that we are heading to Home Depot on Saturday morning when we get into the car. Anyway, our usual location is notorious for not having staff around and available to help and there is one particular staff member at checkout that is always there, but never wants to be there. She is over everyone. However, at this location on 45 and El Dorado, there is lots of staff around to help, and we had the most friendly, helpful checkout person, Jay, we have ever encountered at a Home Depot. He was cheerful and patient with us, and when he saw that I was struggling to wrangle the plant stakes we bought, he told me where to hold them in place and he wrapped them up for us. We were going to be back anyway, because like I said, we are there every weekend, but Jay was breath of fresh air and his help and cheerful demeaner was appreciated.
