I go to this store even though there is one a little closer to me.

The store is average, some employees are above average, two employees come to mind when I think of above average employees. One lady I mentioned earlier in the survey. By the way her name again is Kimberly. The other employee is Tameisha, these two ladies are always willing and able to assist you no matter what you may need. They are always professional and they possess a caring attitude." You don't find that to often", These two ladies are truly and asset to the Home Depot store and the corporation. They are to be commended for the work and assistance they give to the customers of the Ellenwood Home Depot. Thanks for having these two ladies working in your store. They really are Game Changers.

I had lost hope for The Home Depot chain, because stores were unorganized, there was never anyone around to help with questions, and employees did not seem to care. However, my last few shopping experiences at The Home Depot on Fairview Rd. have changed my opinion. The store is neat and clean and customer service is great.

Funny. How can someone's inventory be up by 70%. 70%! Ice plane, according to the online purchase there are 18 boxes of my product that I ordered. I bought 14 of those 18 by email. I got an email confirming that my 14 boxes were ready to pick up. I hired some people to work to install those products. I got a call about 30 minutes later telling me that they were only seven of the 14 that I have been confirmed we're ready for pickup. When I challenge a person on the phone why would I get an email telling me my product was available and I hired someone she said "I don't know anything else I can do to help you?"., how do you miss something by 70%. How do you send an email telling you that 14 if something is ready to pick up and then get a call a half an hour later and tell you that only seven or in the store. It just sounds like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing that store. Be careful when you order from them.

Purchased 2 pieces of vinyl siding for my dad’s house because high winds blew a few of his siding off. We paid $15.43 for each piece of siding at ELLENWOOD HOME DEPOT. When we got to my dad’s house (COBB COUNTY) we realized we needed one more piece so we went to his Home Depot on East - West Connector. Same vinyl siding only cost $8.73 there!!! So of course when we returned home we stopped by ELLENWOOD again to inquire why price was doubled in this store and would they price match. They could not explain why price was doubled and would not price match. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! I TRULY FEEL YOU ARE RIPPING OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

The Ellenwood store is fantastic. I highly recommend this location. Employees are always friendly and available to assist when needed. As well, the store is always clean and the employees have product knowledge.

Products are easy to find, store was really clean and neat.

Hire people with a bit more personality and knowledge to engage customers. Store could use a redo where the aisle signage stands out. Service reps actively run from customers and clearly do not want to engage. The cashier Jada, did not engage in ANY spoken discourse. Not even a hello or goodbye, let alone a thank you. I would not want to deal with her again at any cost. Quite unpleasant and a major attitude. Practically soulless, I would rather deal with a robot as it would probably have more personality. I only shopped here in a pinch because it is the close by. I really dread going to this store. I want to be a customer but currently the service is non existent. Please fix!

This is a fairly good Home Depot - However, over the years, I have noticed that items are misplaced on the shelves, especially plumbing, Items placed in wrong bins etc. Many times items are in boxes and not placed on shelves when shelves are empty. In my opinion, this Home Depot needs to have a full time person going throughout the store placing items on shelves making sure items are restocked etc. This would improve this Home Depot tremendously. BTW I have been shopping this Home Depot since it was built. I think it was build around 1986.
