Store Manager Elaine jumped in to help me and was extremely pleasant and efficient!

Convenient and well stock. Employees are very knowledgeable about the items in their departments.

Mark the cashier at the contractors area is the worst. Try to shop without a cart and he will go off on you. “That’s not the way they do things in there”

I walked in the store asking for help purchasing a ring doorbell camera the cashier Neal told me that they had no one in the store that could assist me with getting one out of the locked cage located behind him everyone is to busy and that I could go find a manager

I went to buy a well window cover. Store was easy to navigate and associates are helpful in answering questions. Thanks

After making numerous calls to other stores about the availability of my appliance, the Ellicott City Store actually held the appliance until I got there and greeted me with enthusiasm. They serviced me immediately and carried the appliance to the car without me asking. Although I live in another area, I would certainly recommend this store for its quality service.

Lumber material are improperly priced and lumber is of poor quality.

I love shopping at this Home Depot store, because of the friendly team members like Varnetta and Jim. They went above and beyond to help me find the product that I so desperately needed. Thank you.

Sharon Punte at the Service Desk is among the best in the Home Depot chain. She is extremely great in the customer service experience and she know all the rules concerning Home Depot. Because of this fact the store is so much better. She is an asset. She should be the regional manager that's how great she is.

The delivery date was changed caused me and my family many inconvenience. Once we got the new new washing machine and dryer on a first wash stop working. We had technician come in informed us the drum in the wash machine is incorrect type. The next 3 weeks I spent many hours and days trying some help over the phone and in the store. Finally 2/15 I spoke with STEVEN from the store he is ousting he was honest told me he will have resolution no later then a day he did. STEVEN is ousting Manager. Because of the way Steven took care of us we will continue shopping in Home Depot.Thank you for your help Steven.

In the last several months I’ve noticed that the staff at this location are more helpful than ever before. Paint, lumber, cart retrieval, cashiers. Everyone is doing a great job!
