In this time though the employees need to wear their masks correctly!!!!

Ordered an item online for curbside pick up. This way I would not need to enter the store. When I got there, they told me I had ordered the item to be shipped. Asked why I would do that when the website showed 12 in the store... and why would I drive 1/2 hour to pick it up if I had requested it be shipped to my house. IDK said the store manager, Ross and Bandit the service clerk! Was told there was nothing they could since I had requested item be shipped, which I had not. By this time, I was now in the store... and observed about 1/3 of the shoppers had no mask despite a large store front sign stating masks are required in public and in the store. Also saw employees with no mask! So much for respecting customers!

If you are concerned about staying healthy due to Covid 19, be aware during your visit to Home Depot. The governor of Maine has given all businesses the authority to bar customers that do not wear facial coverings. Home Depot is not doing this. Even some employees have masks around their necks but do not wear them properly. Carts are not regularly cleaned. There are no one-way isles. The number of customers allowed in at one time are not monitored. If you have no fear of getting ill, the enjoy your visit! But if your health is a concern, think twice!

The Ellsworth Store has great customer service clean store and well stocked Check out is fast and there is always someone there for assistance. Great garden section after a cold winter in Maine glad for me to see different departments needed for Rosie in my home as well

5lb box of 2inch screws also had 3 1/2 inch screws in it. bow was taped closed. when a box has been opened or damaged it should be removed from the shelf or make sure it contains what it is supposed to have in it. I showed up on a job site the next day with the wrong item. 40 miles is to far to travel to return the 24 dollar item so I went local and purchased the right screws I needed. Shabby way to do business.

This store has poor management, poor customer service, employees with BAD attitudes, as well as poor safety in place, especially with the covid limitations put in place by the state. There's an employee counting customers entering, but no employee counting customers as they exit. There were way more than 100 people in that store.

This store was very clean and the employee Lydia was wonderful. She puts the customer first and was there with me all the way thru my shopping and thru checkout. I would definitely recommend Lydia's help next time I go into the Ellsworth store. She was amazing and had a smile on her face from the time I asked her for help until I walked out the door. I would definitely recommend her for like a promotion if there is anyway possible. I will definitely ask for her help next time I hope in that store.

Very satisfied with my experience at this store. I think that Mary-Alice should be promoted to a Managers position.

Great store clean well stocked and customer service for any home repairs or assistance finding products a plus

Very pleased with the store's appearance and though it is stressful times with limited number of folks who can shop with the Covid 19 all associates were very friendly

Not happy with this store in Ellsworth, Maine. The employee would not help me when I asked him a if there was any wipes to clean the cart and was told by this employee ( he didn't know) and he started to call someone on his phone and put up "his finger and told me to shush" and I wasn't even saying anything. I stood there waiting to see if he was contacting someone else to help me, but it was because he was looking to leave for the day. After he was relieved from his post, he walked by me and never acknowledged me standing there or did he tell the other associate about the missing wipes to clean the carts. I also notice in this store, they were not following "SOCIAL DISTANCING."

TWO THAT HAVE IMPRESSED ME AS BEING HELPFUL,SOCIALABLE,AND FRIENDLY ARE ALBERT AND LAUREN. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO BE RIGHT ON THE BALL AND AVAILABLE TO HELP.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL GARDEN CENTER INSIDE AND OUT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND STOCKED WITH PLANTS AND FLOWERS I WANTED. ENJOY THE CHANGING HOLIDAY ITEMS THE PAINT DEPT. HELPFUL IN SHOPPING FOR ITEMS TO PAINT ALONG WITH A GREAT COLOR SELECTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PAINT DEPT. EVERY DEPT. HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EACH PART OF REPAIR TO YOUR HOME ETC.

From the moment I walked in the door today, I felt at ease. I was greeted with a friendly, smiling face. and when I realized I couldn't find what I was looking for, I was able to quickly find an associate who smiled and helped me with what I needed. The people there were friendly and professional.

this store is nearest home depot to me so i use it a lot. most usually it is clean,neat, and orderly. i have used it enough so i can find things on my own but when i do need help it is readily available.

The store is always so inviting and I find many items to buy that I did not plan on. Employees are very helpful and friendly.
