Karen was amazing! Hire more employees like Karen! She ensured that my husband and I will always go out of our way to come to this Encinitas location.

Frequent this place often. Been a patron for over 20 years. Loved their military discount, location and customer service. Have had assistance from a Joe ??? and Arnold Reyes. They model the quality, friendly, professional customer service one expects for spending thousands of dollars. I am thankful for their service.

HOME DEPOT has the best selection of plants and garden products around! And really great prices.They also have a great selection of garden furniture. Plus, when you open a HomeDepot Credit card you get a big fat discount!!

I always get help by asking any associate in the area. They seem to be very well-acquainted with their store.

This Ryobi Dr./driver & circular saw is a terrific combo. It is an unique combination in the market, and exactly what I needed.

have lived here since 1973 and have always hated shopping in that store in particular because you could never get any help there has been a tremendous improvement

Jana at the ProDesk was AWESOME! I required assistance in lumber, the desired size was in a shelving rack above my head. She requested assistance in the lumber aisle & even though the store was quite busy & the person that assisted me generally did not work in the area I was helped quickly & with a winning attitude. Encinitas Home Depot knocks it out of the park again!!! I have three other stores that are in closer physical proximity, but I will shop at Encinitas because of the great service!!!

Olivia the cashier during pick up was rude when picking up my item. I ordered two identical items, one made it to the store but I was notified both were ready for pickup. I asked the item be delivered to my residence for the inconvenience and without hesitation she denied that.

I generally find everything that I need in the Encinitas store.

The team at home depot including Jana, Mark, and Kathy, and others walked me through the process start to finish. I was very satisfied with how they brought clarity to my confusion. The Encinitas, California Home Depot store will go the extra mile to make your project a success, even if you're not a handy man.

Fully staffed with friendly and helpful employees. Heather at the Customer Service Desk was not only kind and patient with me, but I witnessed her being kind and patient with her coworkers. Heather helped me find the products I needed.

This store is close but in all other respects is lacking. All you need to do is look at the unwatered trees in the parking lot and it tells you how the depot treats its customers. If you want to do a project best for you to go to a specialty supplier. This store has only cheep faucets, the wood is grade C, the tool case doesn't have any of the tools you need, and now the store employees have no knowledge about what they are selling. Sub par in every way.

Store is clean, low on some products but that's par since COVID. Big disappointment is the product lately. Two ceiling fans had to be swapped out, one missing parts, the other one had a blade mount that was not threaded. Bad quality control. Also a kitchen cabinet had to be returned/replaced because it was poorly handled and the base was crushed as if it had been dropped off a truck. Three trips turned into six. I eventually got the product I paid for but an apology doesn't pay for wasted time and fuel. Front end employees are nice and apologetic but it not their fault and their jobs to defuse wronged and annoyed off people like me. I'll go back cause its near my job-site but I'll always open boxes now to avoid un-needed return trips.

The cement at the entry ways is extremely slippery when wet. Fix it ASAP. And it is difficult to get assistance.

I know she would go very far that not even the sky is the limit. Also, STEVE the Manager of Lawn and Garden had patiently and kindly listened to my "suggestion" over the phone more than a month ago, and GABRIEL the Cashier has demonstrated the meaning of teamwork. Great store, excellent customer service with helpful courteous stuff.

The store has good nursery stock, but it is next to impossible to find anyone to help with heavier items. Lots of employees in the aisles but often busy talking to each other and do not seem to be available to help customers. Frustrating!
