Thank you! I really appreciate this store.

Richard the stores loss prevention, followed me around the store. Accused me of hiding in the garden section to shoplift things in my purse and then he called me suspicious for having a micro bag pack as a purse.

I grew up in a smaller town in Central Coast California. I like Escondido because its smaller and friendlier than bigger cities. And Home Depot here makes it customers feel like we are their neighbors. I have yet to meet a Home Depot worker that didnt treat me like my requests were important. Thank you West Valley Home Depot

Sandra was the one , the only one to fix the wrong order, wrong amount that was sent from another store. Then see located what we needed in another store to have it delivered same day wrong order was being picked up. She was precise, had follow up and thru and knows how to make things happen. Trainer or manager in the making.

Set up a carpet measurement salesperson was incompetent. They did not review with us the address and phone number after so many times going over the address and phone number still entered it incorrectly and didn’t put in the house number.

Patricia with Avalon shutters they Home Depot was very knowledgeable about her products and worked to help me get what I desired and helping to get me any discount to lower costs- so excited to see my shutters

I found an associate and asked for helped in the paint department because nobody was there. Jasmine came right away and helped with everything I needed. She Mixed my paint super fast, helped with me with wood rot recommendations, explaining wood Bondo and chemicals to stop the rot. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable with every question I had, friendly, and efficient. I haven't had such good service like that in a long time. Thank you so much and have a great day! Kelly

The employees just go above and beyond and make the atmosphere of the store welcoming. Can’t ask for a better store to look for things and always have someone give insight or assistance.

I was looking for a Mold / moisture detector and Jacqui in the painting department went out of her way to help me find the detector. I was very impressed with Jacqui.

Our go to Home Dept on W. Valley Park Way. We bought all everything we needed to upgrade our home at this location and so glad we did.

Everyone was so helpful in making this purchase.

Best store for all your home projects

I went to an aisle hoping to locate specific items I had looked up online. I encountered a young girl who was checking stock on that aisle and told her what I was looking for. She stopped and said I can take you there. Then she found the items I had on my cell. Please let Mari know how much I appreciated her help! For a young girl, she could have just told me the aisle number but instead extended personal help. She’s an employee that you should keep, she is an asset to Home Depot.

Store is clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The cashiers were awesome, especially the one that helped me out. I believe his name was Brian. Brian motivated me to come to this store once more instead of other tool appliance stores.

I wish to recognize an employee Jonathon Legaspi for assisting me with my shopping. He helped me find items and understand how they work. He walked me to the cash register and assisted me with loading my cart. Great customer service and made my trip so pleasant.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. All employees that I encountered were eager to help. I was treated politely and respectfully. This location does not harass mask-exempt patrons. Highly recommend.

Came in with my husband and son to mainly buy Lawn & Garden products. However my teenage son mentioned that he would like to take two skateboards he has hanging in his room and make them into proper shelving. We wandered around or a bit looking for what we thought we needed. That was until we bumped into CJ! This kid is an underestimated asset to your store! As someone who frequents HD a lot, this was hands down one of thee best experiences here ever. CJ not only related to my son on a personal level as an avid skater himself but he taught him! He KNEW what he was talking about and literally assisted him getting ALL the products he needed to turn his idea into reality. CJ didnt skip a beat, even assisting other customers as we cruised from aisle to aisle getting what we needed. He is very knowledgeable in the store, inventory and How-tos. Discussing proper measurements, wall support, and every little detail in the DIY. This is not always the case in young men. Not only was he raised right but he portrays that to the customers in a genuine manner!

The store has a sign over the CLEANANCE items that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there is an ADDITIONSL 15% off these cleanance items. The cashiers will try and talk you out of this discount. Don't let them! The sign is up, the discount apply, and it's a good discount.
