Upon entering this store, I was greeted with great service. The sales team seemed to be experienced in each department that I needed assistance in.

I finally got what I was looking for.

Came to this particular Home Depot because two other locations had no competent or helpful employees. Quata definitely delivered and went above and beyond expectations!

my experienced shopping at Home Depot was always but the experience that i had on 9/21/22 was exceptionally good from an employee by the name of Lisa.

I enjoyed my visit because I was impressed by the young man who helped me.He was very knowledgeable about the items I purchased.

Associates are always willing to help and if it’s not their department they will find someone else to assist me.

Even through these turbulent times of instability....and team flucuation...I see Ewing trying to maintain a standard....for that....I appreciate you guys/gals

Second time I've returned a in-warranty Ryobi Lawn Mower for repair. 11-weeks between June - September to get the mower sent back through the "Rapid Deployment Center" (hahh!) for diagnosis and, what turned out to be a simple repair, and returned back to me. Fortunately, Johnny Pollock helped me follow up and find where my mower was (on a truck, possibly) and got it back to me as soon as he could.

I walked into the store needing a sample of paint and noticed a line of about 15 people at self check out going down the plumbing aisle and thought oh great this is going to take forever to get checked out. I needed the paint so I walked to the paint dept looking for the samples that are usually out on the paint desk but couldn't find them. I walked around the dept looking for the samples or an associate to assist me. No luck in finding either. After walking around the dept for a few min I finally found someone who retrieved the sample from under the desk. Not sure why they aren't out for a customer to select from but anyways. I headed over to the self checkout as it was the only register open and the line was even longer down the plumbing aisle. I ended up calling the store and talking to the manager on duty. I asked him if he had anyone that could help with the line and he said no but asked if I knew anyone who wanted to apply for a job...really?? Somehow I became his recruiter!?! He didn't offer to get someone up there to assist or even go up there himself to assist HIS customers get out of HIS store! So unprofessional!! If I didn't need the paint I would've walked out but I couldn't. I definitely won't be coming back tho. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Don't shop here!!

The store is clean. Most staff are helpful but some are just God awful! Either ones that don't care to help or ones that have an attitude while only just checking you out. This isn't a one time experience. It's constant at this location but have no choice to shop there because it's very close to home.

I brought a Peking fan, I am very pleased and would highly recommend this fan.

Shopping at this Home Depot is like a trip to dentist for root canal. Painful, ala self checkout and full of Home Depot staff walking around killing time and space! Parking lot always crowded and resembles a driving test of skills or lack thereof!

Bought carpet twice in a month and half for my home. The service and time and Mrs. FAITH, THE SUPERVISOR AT STORE WAS EXECELLENT. WILL BUY AGAIN.

I needed to repurchase several important products for a home bathroom renovation, and as always the customer service at the Ewing store was out of sight! I am so grateful that the Ewing home Depot store has such conscientious, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful customer service staff who are well trained, and operate with excellence on a daily basis. It's so refreshing to interact with pleasant, professionals on all levels whenever I come into the store. The assistant manager Mr Carmichael, and his whole team that helps me today including Erica, Lisa, Nicole, Ellie, and Carol are extraordinary human beings. Love my Ewing store!

She was able to provide the best sales experience when buying a dishwasher. She's knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and just a delight.

Trash-strewn parking lot? Check. Employee having a loud personal conversation on speaker phone while strolling through the aisles? Check. Line of customers waiting to pay while only one register was staffed and just two self-service were open, and three employees stood around gabbing and not monitoring for shrink or thanking patrons? Check, check, check. So long, Ewing HD.

Awesome customer service experience

My fellow customers in the check-out line and I noticed and appreciated the courteous and efficient work of the check-out staff. These team members kept the line moving smoothly and with no friction among shoppers. Merchandise was scanned quickly and with no interruptions. Check-out points were very well managed. Great job, everyone!!

I guess I looked bewildered when in this store, so an employee (Lisa P) came up to me and asked if she could help me. She took me to the area of the store where the item I wanted to buy was. She then explained the difference in the store price and the internet price, and went the extra mile to give me the reduced price rather than the store price, of which I am much appreciative. Also for Pauline for opening up a register for me as I have a bad hip and struggled to get around. This shopping trip was an overall good experience for me !

recently purchased a new dryer and three rooms of carpet. Dennis and Faye were great.

Faye and Will B from appliances were extremly helpful and made my shopping expierence a delight. I've taken Will B business card for future appliances. They were extremly helpful and professional.

The outside grounds need to be swept of garbage or garbage bins need to be provided. This Home Depot is totally different from the Princeton Home Depot.

Products were easy to find, also I purchased a Delta HydroRain shower head, I had relatives spend the night, when they took a shower they asked me where I purchased it, I took each of them after they asked, to Home Depot to purchase one for themselves. They were from Maryland & Michigan, my daughter from NY purchased hers from Home Depot in NY after she went home.

From Johnny who is a Behr paint distributor, to Quinn in windows and doors to sweet, friendly, Quay, who was my cashier..Today's shopping experience was OUTSTANDING!! Today I meet the most informative, kindest, and patient employees who answered all my questions..and I had many..great trip to Ewing's HD
