Clean well kept store. Continue to return to this store where customer service is very thorough and nice. Mark in flooring was informative and complete. Jasmin was very nice and pleasant at checkout along with Walter. Clearly, well managed, well stocked Home Depot Store. The only Home Depot I shop at.

Needed many sets of blinds and decor person, Mark cut all my blinds very well. Nice clean store with plenty of selection and very nice managers. Walter was also very helpful at checkout.

Love this store great customer service with clean easy to find items for my flooring installation and kitchen remodel. Mark in Flooring accessed items I needed to complete my flooring, kitchen, and dining room remodel projects. Walter and Hae were very nice and professional at checkout. I will return tomorrow to pickup my cabinets. This is a well managed and well organized Home Depot Store. I come to this Home Depot Store for many reasons eve, though other HD stores are closer to my home.

Like this Home Depot for its supply and appearance. Mark in Flooring brought down about 10 - 6 foot marble thresholds that I needed for a home remodel. The Home Depot near Pickett Rd has a working machine to cut lumber which was not available at the Annandale Home Depot. Kelvin who works at the Annandale Home Depot recommended I come to the Picket Home Depot. Allen was exceptional in meeting my needs to cut the lumber I purchased. Allen is very professional and thorough in knowing Home Depot polices and explained in detail how to best cut my lumber. Because of Allen, all my lumber purchases will be at done at the Picket Home Depot.

The Home Depot employees at this Fairfax Circle store are some of the most knowledgeable associates in the business. In addition, they are always friendly and helpful making the shopping experience much more pleasant. Associates like Mike in Hardware, Mark in flooring, and John at Service Desk make the visit fast and efficient. This is my most favorite Home Depot in the area and the United States, and I have been to several.. Well managed and organized Fairfax Circle store.

Very poor customer service at the paint department. The one department that requires extensive interaction with the public. Made us feel like we were bothering him. Otherwise ok.
