Bought 40 bags of green fiber cellulose insulation. The product was filled with shopping bag pieces and other debris that clogged the blowing machine. Even found a stocking cap in one bag that clogged the machine. No other sign of the person that was wearing it so assume they ended up in other bags. Took twice as long to complete the job because of an inferior product that kept clogging the blower machine.

I love the customer service at this store. I have never had a bad experience in this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On this particular visit Dave and Jeff helped me load my car. They were so happy doing their job, and they wouldn't even accept a tip. It was such a shame I couldn't tip them, but they followed company protocol, and that, in itself, made their great service impress me more! I will go out of my way and pay more to go to this store!

My flower beds look so beautiful after I added five bags of Earthgro Brown Mulch!

The people at this store are great at the service desk, the pro desk, kitchen design, flooring, millworks, they all do a great job. I have been a long-time customer of this store and am grateful to have it in my hometown. I am greeted by first name when I enter and as I leave.

If you want expert service and advice in remodeling your kitchen, go to the Fenton HD and ask for Carolyn. She's the BEST! Practical, thoughtful and inspiring --- love, love, love this woman! I'd add pix, but my kitchen isn't done yet. I can't wait!!

A Swirl Machine, Had all The Parts & Tools For 2 Installations.

THE FENTON HOME DEPOT HAS A GREAT STAFF. JOHN, JOANNE, MARK, ALEX, CINDY, CAROLYN AND MANY OTHERS I HAVE COME TO KNOW OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS SHOPPING THERE.

I came in and made a large purchase regarding electrical wires. I had a huge list and the guy working with me was very kind, professional, and patient.

Store is always clean, friendly, well stocked.

Larry went out of his way to satisfy my needs this evening (10-30-23). He was persistent in his help to find the TREX board driver that would tighten the deck board screws that required a square head driver that had loosened since the 2018 installations. He's went above and beyond. He's a keeper and DEFINITLY needs an AT-A-BOY.

This is not your typical group at this location, they are very friendly, attentive, and you will not be neglected or upset. Staff will go out of their way to make sure you are treated like family and have assistance at your disposal for the duration of your visit. Great selection and very clean store as well!

I never am let down when it comes to my wants and needs . They always are taking care of me if there is a problem it's rare

I was so glad that I decided to shop at Home Depot. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly employees and friendly customers. I will definitely shop there again soon when I figure out how many window blinds I need for my home.

I actually love going to Home Depot to shop. I usually end up buying more than I intended, hard to resist so many wonderful products. The staff is always helpful and engaging making you feel welcome. I bought a easter lily for my wife today. She really likes it and remarked what a beautiful plant.

Lot's of shopping carts. lumber carts and table carts. As April, assistant manager knows, must have carts to move your loot away from Home Depot.
