Best Home Depot I’ve been in.

Since moving down here 2 years ago from South County; I find most of the stores and businesses are more friendly and accommodating that they were up in St. Louis. Home Depot especially. Always willing to help me load my vehicle, if I purchased something heavy, and are ALWAYSpleasant to deal with.

Your Festus, Mo store is ALWAYS neat, clean, tidy and uncluttered. The associates are always, friendly, polite and helpful when needed. Awesome store!!!

Myself and my daughters went into home depot and had the great pleasure of getting the best customer service from an employee named Greg! Greg took the time to cut a 10 foot long pvc pipe into 3 inch pieces by hand while still talking to my girls and I. If you go to home depot look for Greg for tour needs, he is the best!!!

There was 8 associates in the flooring area only one had the code for the rolling machine he was very rude argued with me trying to say that a sample matched a product then when trying to roll out the product tried to stop the roller by hand almost hurting himself and another associate. There was stuff all over to be put up trying to get to the front registers was an obstacle course.

THE STORE HAS PLENTY OF MERCHANDISE FAR BETTER THAN SOME
