Steer clear of Rodney in the hardware department at the Fleming Island store. I’m not sure he can read.

We were in the area and needed some items on our list and stopped in at our local Home Depot and were able to accomplish what we needed.

I love this store. They have excellent customer service and they care about the customers every need. They ensure that they sell the entire project so I don't have to come back. They also care about taking care of the customers needs as a gentlemen let me know that I should not put a certain type of fertilizer on my grass at this time of the year or my grass would burn up. I appreciated this because he cared about me rather than selling me something that would cause harm

Employee Izzy made service went above and beyond! He made sure that he was available to help us in any way he could. He answered any questions or concerns that we had and made sure that our checkout process was easy and enjoyable.

Bought a dishwasher - the salesperson told me military discount wasn't available due to special buy which is fine - but also sold me a cord kit when I didn't need it and then told me the delivery charge applied even if I had the dishwasher delivered to the store (which I find hard to believe, and, if true, is ridiculous). I had no issues whatsoever with the delivery (which was on time), or the installation (I did it myself, but the delivery driver offered to install the unit for free). The experience felt a little like buying a used car with the add-ons they try to sell you (we passed on the $300+ three year warranty for an $850 dishwasher) - have shopped (and will continue to shop) at Home Depot for years, just won't go to this store or deal with this salesperson again.

We ordered very expensive appliances, several thousand dollars worth. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes late, many excuses, all contradicting each other were given, the final straw was “the truck was not loaded with the right stuff we need for installation.” We were given the option of rescheduling (wasting another day of our time, taking off work again), a refund, or sucking it up. Customer service was a JOKE both via phone and the text alleged “help” line. Wasted about 1.5 hours with them to no avail. It was very stressful, I have zero trust that this was even done right at this point and am paying other people to come in and make sure that this was done correctly as I don’t trust anything about this whole experience. Please note, we have bought from many other places before, and never had a problem. We will not be purchasing or shopping at Home Depot again, nor will any of our affiliates. Also please note, no remorse or sufficient explanation was offered for the incompetent, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience we had. In addition, everyone we talked or texted with refused to provide the name and number of a supervisor or even an address we could write a complaint letter or email to.

If you know what you want and where to find it its a great store. If you need help with something Good luck

Looking for a good pedestal fan. Found exactly what I was looking for...AND got a great military discount on it!! Always have a great experience at the Fleming Island store!

Ricky in the paints department is fantastic to work with especially when you have teenage boys and need help with room make over ideas! He created an awesome father son bonding moment for us.

I went to the pro section of the home depo counter and there was a teller who helped me pick appropriate items for my job at home. This is significant due to the fact that I have Rods in my back. She was also very patient with me as I was slow to get the processing of my debit card to work. All in all she made my experience so much better throughout the day and minimized the strain and pressures on my back by using appropriate tools for the job at home. Thank you Shandice for helping a retired Vet.

I love the cabinets and the panels are very strong. I love all the plants and I do purchase a lot of plants. I Just notice the rental for tools and what ever you need to complete your project. I will be ack on moday to see if the tool I need is there.

The cashier was terrible. She did not represent the store in Fleming Island well at all. The laziest cashier I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. I will avoid her the next I'm in the store or there will be a problem. Very unprofessional attitude.

I bought a stove and I really enjoy it

I bought a washer and dryer this month, but the home delivery failed to complete the job with satisfaction. Diane, assistant manager, handled my issue with professional and considerate customer service. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot store.

Every time I go to my Home Depot there are always several employees offering help as I go down aisles. When I do have questions, they are very helpful to me.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul McKibben at the Fleming Island Home Depot and I was beyond impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, patience, and fun attitude! Highly recommend Paul and all the Managers and hard-working employees at the Fleming Island Home Depot!

We wanted information on flooring and we got plenty of info and help. Great place to shop and service is Great.

Looking for an item shown to be available online that wasn’t on the shelf. Troy, an employee, searched high and low till he found the item I needed to finish my project. Not only is this store convenient; this store takes care of its customers without hesitation.

It was the great experience i have come to expect from this HomeDepot. The returns i had were handled by friendly staff but the thing that prompted me to write this was to describe the actions of your self-checkout supervisor, a young woman named Becka. This was 4PM on the 12th of Feb. She was very helpful with a checkout but the thing worth noting was that when i accidentally left my phone on the scanner, she RAN across lot to stop me before i drove away (which i would have done). She goes above and beyond-Well Done!

If you want to offer a military discount then thank you. If not, then that's fine too. But it's a bit shady and manipulative to only offer the discount if you are using the home depot app. I won't be back.

I have purchased numerous items from this store. I requested help from numerous employees. I do not have even one complaint.

HD no longer provides "military discount" unless via an intrusive "app" installed on a "smart phone". A fine method to access one's personal data as well as "hack" their phone.

Went in to buy flooring and the sales associate Josh was amazing!!! So helpful and so nice. So pleased with my experience!!
