Jim at the return desk is very helpful and friendly

Kimberly the cashier at the outside garden registered is rude and unprofessional. Kimberly will tell a customer they have issues her words not mine. Kimberly clearly doesn’t understand customer service nor know the importance of how deeming to make statements like that. Kimberly is rude, unprofessional , and is a reflection of this store. I will not be purchasing and will return the items just to prevent any of my money going to this store.

The neighborhood surrounding the store is bad which is out of your control but don’t treat everyone a way because of that. Act of facts not assumptions. This is a retail store there is a SOP in placing for handling assumptions and it was not followed

The store is always clean ant the staff is rely helpful.

Tiffany in the appliance area is the best. She assisted us and we were done in 45 minute's with our choice of dishwasher and payment. SHE IS A GREAT ASSET TO HOME DEPOT. THANK YOU TIFFANY!

Something has gone seriously awry with this store. It used to be well managed and I enjoyed shopping there. Not so with current manager and management. I have now had 4 experiences in a row that were truly awful -- each of a different kind. I recommend going to the not-so-far-away Cutler Bay store instead of this one.

Tiffany in appliances is the best and willing to help at all times

I personally had a good experience tonight and the workers went above and beyond to help me. I feel that in the later shifts at any store the workers just can’t wait to leave and don’t help as much as they should but tonight at this Home Depot we were heard and helped.

Great employees. New employee Jacob was brilliant and so kind. There’s so many people shopping this store from the keys and everywhere down here in Homestead area that it’s often low quantity or absent stock but the customer service at the store is better than some other stores so it’s kind of a tradeoff.

Store is very clean, organized and well supplied. I always have a great experience with the employees since they are very friendly and willing to help.

Personell are very helpful. Don't understand that one doesn't get a Military discount when an item is delivered to one's residence, but you do get it for store pickup. Doesn't make sense to me. I've received the discount previously for other large purchases.

Shop at this place good customer service especially from a person named Jennifer alittle bit of attitude but the good kind she likes to work and gets annoyed when someone doesn’t wanna do their work which is totally understandable since then you also have to do their work which is double the work so good place and good service

Keep the prices low, keep items fully stocked, train employees to be courteous, do not put spanish over the speakers and quickly check out customers, that will make everyone happy. How simple, is that ? And it will work every single time !
