Great store! Tammy very friendly gal and great customer service-seems very knowledgeable.,as well as Eva and Barbara. Eva and Barbara are at the front of the store at check out. They are approachable for questions and generally very helpful when i need help.

Horrible . I went to Home depot in Folsom And I had to make a Return . Well I misplaced my Receipt and It just so happens it was over a month ago and I paid cash . So I go to the customer service counter and they refused my return . Gave me a number to Call. Online it CLEARLY STATES WITH A VALID ID WITHIN A TIME WINDOW UP TO A CERTAIN AMMOUNT ITS ALL GOOD FOR A STORE CREDIT .I HAVE NEVER MADE A RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT TO HOME DEPOT BUT NOW IM HAVING TO JUMP THREW HOOPS TO GET HELPED . WON'T COME HERE EVER AGAIN.

How can you have a lifetime warranty on a hand tool and not have that product in stock. The other big box hardware store does. Too many times this store is out of what I am looking for. Too many employees do not know where things are or where they might be found.

Seems like most store locations are the same when it comes to the lack of customer assistance - you need to know what you are going in for. HD has made it easier by finding the location and availability of the item on your phone through the HD website. Even easier if you check it out from the comfort of your home first. Although some associates are willing to assist customers, most don't really seem to know the location of store items. It is not that they don't want to help, they just don't seem to be familiar with the store itself.

Some incredibly helpful and friendly employees. Selection is as good as any other HD.

The Christmas Tree lot is a mess. I went on Sunday morning around 10am and not all of the tree types were displayed. You get the $80-90 trees in stands everywhere, but you have no idea what you're getting with the other types that range from $30 to $70. I couldn't even get anyone to help me because there was only one young man working the lot alone amongst a swarm of families vying for his help. There was an older man earlier but he walked away as soon as I was asking about help from the both of them. I mentioned to the cashier in the Garden Center that the lot needs help because he's bombarded and needs help (only one answering questions, cutting the tree, wrapping the tree, carrying it out to the cars, strapping the trees to cars); and that I waited over 20 minutes for assistance. She said ok, she needs to call the supervisor but never did as I waited around. It was my mistake to expect at least two people at a Christmas Tree lot the weekend before Thanksgiving. It was also my mistake to stop in to purchase one because I usually buy mine from family tree growers. I'll definitely not return because it was neither convenient nor a happy experience. I just feel bad for the guy. He was very friendly and helpful and it was obvious that he couldn't call for backup because there was probably no one who wanted to help--which goes to speak that the issue isn't the employees, it's management. How did I jump to this conclusion? Because I was at customer service earlier and walked around--there were plenty of employees walking and standing around, so what gives?

this review was the week before this purchase .... I have always had a great experience inside the store...5 Returns 5...Garden 3 and that's because (not enough workers to answer questions)...once a worker arrives they are also helpful... Putting heavy items in car I'll give a 2..... the guy almost put a big 25 pd. dirt bag on my plants.. I moved it just in time...

VERY FEW ASSOCIATES TO HELP CUSTOMERS.

Extremely rude employees that are no help at all I don’t recommend coming to this store at all. I asked 4 different employees to help me find waste bags and not a single one would take me to the aisle the said they were on, just pointed and when I got to the aisle I found 2 more employees who said they didn’t have what I was looking for until I pulled it up on my phone on their website and showed them they did indeed have it and it ended up being in a totally different location. The lady in the paint department rolled her eyes at me when I asked for assistance in the paint area and gave me the wrong paint.

The Folsom Store always goes above and beyond. We were working on a special project for once Houseless Veterans. I asked Dee at the Pro desk if they could provide us a discount for a BBQ for the Veteran house. Next thing I know I have a beautiful stainless steel BBQ and I’m introduced to Spencer who included All the materials for Raised garden beds And the vegetables to go in them. Charles ran around the store gathering all the materials after he had clocked out, just so we were able to get everything we needed. I wish I could provide pictures of what the Veterans did. It was amazing. The Veterans now deliver bags of Tomato’s, squash, peppers and various other vegetables to the neighbors in the community. Thank You Home Depot!

Very convenient store location.

The store offered sanitized carts. Various sanitizers were available for public use. Masks were required and everyone was wearing them. The customer service from Renee was exceptional. The store manager, Sabrina, was wonderful - she truly cares about the Home Depot customers.

Generally very good. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service in all departments. Friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. Love the self-service check out system as well. Clean store, good prices and love "shopping" there - even when I don't need any items at the time.

We would not recommend for refrigerator delivery. Our refrigerator delivery was a nightmare. First they didn’t leave a message when they called to say they were on the way. When they arrived without us getting the 30 minute window- my husband told the guy he needed a few minutes to take the final items out of the fridge (most were already in ice chests) and he needed a minute to tighten a screw on a step. The guy said he’d sit in his truck and be back in 20. When my husband went outside 10 minutes later to tighten the screw on the step he saw they were gone. When no one arrived back within the time window he called to find out the status. Was told no delivery because we weren’t ready and it was unsafe. My husband said if they can swing back by he and our 17 year old daughter could bring in the fridge since the driver was too afraid. Instead redelivery scheduled for Saturday (our fridge was already on its last gasp) so we kept our items in ice chests. When they arrived today the fridge had two bing dents in the front. We refused but accepted the fridge as a loaner (as we had no working fridge by this point). Driver didn’t put that in his notes. I called Home Depot to report the damage- they said the driver said we accepted the fridge- seriously? We are going to accept a damaged fridge at full price? HD employee called Samsung and got that corrected. Samsung wanted to give us 14% off to keep the damage- no thanks. They’ll bring a. New door out in the next two weeks. Meanwhile we had to toss out our fruits, veggies, meats, milks, salad dressings, etc. because of two more days refrigerator-less and the ice either melted and ruined things, fruits/veggies became moldy, not cold enough to keep milk,etc.at a constant cool temperature. So between our time and food loss and future time loss this refrigerator purchase has been costly.

Always happy shopping at this Home Depot, we are always thanked for our Military service with the upmost respect, and our dog is always treated kindly, she loves going to Home Depot and seeing all the other puppies:) the store is always clean and almost always I can find someone to help me find something.

Terrible service. Refused to issue a refund for an item ordered but had not arrived and the staff could not provide me with an estimated arrival date. This stored usually has marginal service at best.

The staff in the garden department were very helpful and friendly plus the store had everything that I needed.

All the workers are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you.

Special thanks to Mark and Jerry who assisted me in locating a specific tile that my customer had already selected. Jerry did not even work in that department but continued to assist Mark and I in locating the tile that was not on the shelf. Jerry located the missing tile on a completely different isle and he and Mark helped me complete the search. I (and my customer) are very pleased with this outstanding service. Thanks gentlemen!!
