The Home Depot store in Forest Lake is the only place I go to get my stuff unless there's something that they don't carry which hasn't been very often And there are people They're that call me by my 1st name which is great that means that they like me and respect me and I respect them

I hate hate hate self check out more than anything in the world. I didn't have to check myself out because of Treean. He is fast, friendly and efficient. The next time I check out I will look for him. He is great. This store is nice and clean, too.

Great customer service, ample product of what I needed to get the job done. Will definitely return to this store next time I do a home project.

I go here often for my church. The pro desk people are AMAZING. I've gotten to know them very well, (though I blank on names) and the talk is always fun.

Treean was the person that checked me out he’s deaf. I was having a bad day although he did not speak one word, he cheered me up with his spirit! Glad he works for y’all.

We have purchased many items for our kitchen remodel from the Forest Lake Store and with each purchase the salesperson went up and above to help us. We purchased our quartz countertops, a wooden door, a storm door, and a gas range. We have always been happy with our purchases. The people who work in this store are wonderful. Erica, in appliances was our most recent contact and she was incredible.

Visit this store often - can't say enough about their employees - very nice people and never seem to find one that is unpleasant.

Make sure you do your own research before going to purchase a washer and dryer. We asked our sales two questions. Would a king size mattress fit in this washer and The processing time for a wash cycle. She couldn’t answer either questions. While she was very nice. The overall process took way to long as she had a hard time working a computer.

Bought some beautiful plants and w e were assured they have a one year warranty.

We are building a home and ordered all our windows & doors with Doug T at the pro desk. He is AMAZING. He was prepared, gave us several options, very knowledgable, patient (I changed my mind several times) and just a joy to work with.

It took over an hour to check out when purchasing a dishwasher. Tried to make an on-line purchase. Had to go to the store with a picture I.D. to verify my newly approved Home Depot credit card, (to receive a $50 discount on my purchase.) Everything that could go wrong did.

I am incredibly upset at the behavior of the self checkout person who decided to point out my disability, made assumptions about my abilities as an above knee amputee, ignored when I asked him to not make suggestions, and then acted like I wasn't capable enough to hit a button for "cash" on the checkout. He hovered over me and made me feel so uncomfortable that I cried and so did my friend who had to witness it. She was horrified, as was I, at how he acted. Also if he is going to insist on a wheelchair... how about it NOT BE AT THE EXIT WITH PRODUCT ON TOP OF IT.

Even though they have limited stock, they ship from their warehouses and the stuff knows what they’re doing. Easy buying process.
