Found everything I needed and then some

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Brad, in the appliance department, was at the end of his shift on a VERY busy day. He could've easily just clocked out and went home but instead, he stayed to make sure we were taken care of. He was very attentive to our needs and made us feel valued as a consumer. A+ shopping experience.

Carol, employee that works in plumbing, is very knowledgeable and helpful finding what I was needing for my sink. The fittings fit perfect! I can't thank you enough. After going to 3 different hardware stores prior, no one was able to help me. I live 45 mins away so I went to those other stores that were closer to me. Next time I won't waste my time. I will go to Homedepot first.

This location should do away with the minimum purchase requirement for store pickup.

Recently visited this store to pick up some Vinyl flooring and needed it cut to a specific size. It was important that the measurements were accurate for me to cover the area I needed. Unfortunately, the person who helped me didn't cut it straight and really put me in a difficult predicament. I was surprised it was cut crooked considering the pattern I chose had lines on it. It just comes down to people not taking care in what they do. Please try harder Home Depot to show you do value customers.

It used to be that Home Depo was full of helpful associates and I could always find good straight lumber. It's not been like that lately. Employees often seem bothered by someone asking for help, and rarely ask if they can help, pallets of stock often block merchandise I'm interested in and it takes a bit of time to find enough straight pieces of lumber for my projects. I miss the way HD used to be. Unfortunately I'm considering other sources now

Customer Service was not good. Sales clerk on the floor was not helpful. Did not want to help me find what I was looking for.

Melody was an amazing person and customer service was outstanding.

I rate this store as better than others I have shopped at. They were helpful with loading etc. Recently I visited the Fayetteville AR store and they would not help when I ask for help in securing my purchase in my truck. They told me they could not touch the item after it was in my truck. This was about 5 minutes after they loaded it and I was still in the parking lot. So I returned the item. They could unload it for that reason.

Malene was exceptionally helpful during my recent visit to the store.

The staff here have been very helpful during the last few months during our home remodel. Sometimes we don't know exactly what we need and the staff has been very efficient in providing the information we need to make our purchases.

The Fort Smith store needs to enforce their customers to wear mask and distance. And if there is any truth to management telling their employees that test positive with Covid-19 not to let anyone know this needs to be dealt with A.S.A.P. this is wrong no matter how you look at it.

Assistant manager Ernesto was very rude and hostile. Assistant manager Ernesto facemask was pulled down to his chin underneath his mouth when he approached me and proceeded to speak with me.

We love shopping here. Nicest people and always helpful especially Jim in hardware/tools.

If you need some great customer service...ask for Fawn or Ann. Both of these employees were amazing and really took care of me. Home Depot is very lucky to have two employees like them!
