Great Store and great staff

I had a a great experience with Mary (1206 00010 14075) cashier she was extremely pleasant & helpful. Great staff member.

I found the Valdilice was a great support and helped me find the needed parts and provided excellent conversation on providing ideas to improve my bathroom appearance.

Store is easy together in and out of. There have been occasions where the store was out-of-stock on some items forcing me to visit another Home Depot, but this doesn't stop me from making this my primary Home Depot. Since their expansion a couple of years ago, the store layout appears to be much better - my opinion.

Greatest employees out of all Home Depot’s!

This is one of the worst home depot stores I have ever been to. When the line is long it is not managed properly and ends up extending past 4 aisles. The employees pick up their cell phones while at the register and the line is long. I've never experienced such absurdity in my life.

Staff at the Freeport location are very helpful and always a re stocked on product

always a pleasure to shop at this location. never had any issues that would be worth speaking about. everyone is helpful and friendly and they always try and very often do the right thing by their customers

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. Things are always easy to find and lines are not that long.

There's no comparison for home projects, as always friendly knowledgeable staff who is eager to assist and inform, the adult Toys r us is Home Depot :-)

This is big store easily to find everything that you need, many employee’s who’s can help you

This is the worst HD location I have ever visited. Poor store design, constant messes everywhere, understaffed checkouts, small building size, and constant blocking of aisles with restock carts and massive inventory team during business hours prevents access to shelves. Apart from a few standout people, the associates at 1206 all seem to be worn down and miserable. Something needs to be done to brighten your team’s day, they just seem disengaged and “over it.” It seems like bad people management to me...

For an excellent shopping experience, where the store associates are as courteous as they are helpful visit this homedepot in Freeport. They carry a wide selection of products and provide a variety of services for your homecare needs at affordable prices. Visit this store and you will not want to shop anywhere else!!!

I’m in the store all the time and almost always find what I need! Staff is very helpful!

Usually extremely dirty and stock merchandise down every aisle to put away--eventually. Rarely find an associate who really wants to help you.

I have to give a special shout out to Renee for all her help. She is definitely the Diva of Paint!

Audrey is very nice and helpful!
