I brought this a couple months ago it's working so good 👍

I had bought paint today with my fiancée . The older gentleman in the paint department was very kind and sweet. He was quick to get the line down. He provided painting tips to us beginners. Overall I enjoyed this shopping trip experience as always.

Luis the cashiers manager you are one in a million please never leave the store. Eddy and Tom what am excellent lumber Team thank you for being always so party with me . Do not shop at this store… absolute crap show. Stuff everywhere, can not even navigate through isles, trash everywhere, lots of employees, no one working. Photo attached is one example of MANY isles blocked.

I decided to take on a do it yourself (DIY) project in my small kitchen and Home Depot had an affordable tiling kit of tools in a bucket that was so cost effective and useful.

Great atmosphere and good prices

Landscape clerk did not understand any English. Not paver, not cart. Almost all pavers and river rock out of stock

He was very nice and helpful. He also showed us online items with no problems or attitude what so every. Very respectful and amazing person.

David T in Kitchen Design did an excellent job designing our kitchen and made extremely useful suggestions. Very helpful making process easy.

Purchased a washer and dryer. Patti was our salesperson. She was the best! And Terry helped us find everything else we needed.

Hated having to shop for a new fridge but Bill Cooper made the process so easy. His knowledge of the brands was incredible! He was not pushy, listened to what we wanted and made appropriate recommendations. The whole experience was so enjoyable.

Blame managers for the staff you see, or dont see, or can never find. Managers set the tone. Younger generational staff clueless to basic costumer service? Blame management training. Not enough staff, blame HS shareholders and their greedy bottom line profits.

I went in frustrated that my fridge was not working and needed one ASAP. Oskar was very knowledgeable and made suggestions which ultimately helped me make my decision on making the purchase. Oskar was very friendly and polite and his attitude made me feel at ease that I had made the right choice. Thank you Oskar. I would recommend him to all my friends and family members.

The self check out can be frustrating but the lately eliana has made it a lot easier. She’s very attentive to my questions

IT TOOK ME BUYING 4 REFRIDGERATORS BEFORE I FINALLY GOT THE RIGHT SIZE. IT WASN'T THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENTS FAULT BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB HELPING ME FIGURE OUT JUST WHAT I NEEDED! OSKAR AND STANLEY HAVE BOTH HELPED IN THE LAST MONTH AND I AM THRILLED THEY DID. THEY BOTH TOOK THE TIME THAT WAS NEEDED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I NEEDED.

The Ft. Myers East store is conveniently located for us and has the products we need. Solid all around, to be honest.
