Greeted by all staff that I encountered throughout the store. Asked if I needed assistance while shopping in electrical and it was quite helpful. Cashier (Eloisa) was SUPER helpful, anticipating and calling ahead for assistance loading my truck.

I have bought many plants from the gardening section and they are flourishing beautifully.

I was so surprised at how super nice and friendly the cashier was tonight. Above and beyond great service. TERRIAH was her name t the fort pierce store.

Looking forward to our new appliances.

I got exceptional service from a salesperson, Mr Foley, who helped me by finding all the refrigerators that met my guidelines and never made me feel at all rushed. It was amazing how helpful and focused he was. Just not something I would have expected from a superstore like Home Depot

Many different purchases and the employees were great above and beyond the normal care. I think this is the best run Home Depot I have been too.

No being a real handyman, I usually have questions in regards to either what I'm buying or the best thing to buy for the situation. I have always found the employees in this store helpful and willing to give me the time needed to make my purchase easier,

I was in desperate need of a refrigerator and they happened to have 2 of the same model on the floor. Salesperson James made it possible for me to take one home that day instead of having to wait 10 days

I needed to choose many things for a bathroom reno and from the minute I walked into the store I was taken from dept to dept, showed available products and helped with my selections. Friendly, professional and courteous staff. This is my preferred Home Depot store

Disorganized-be sure to check your ticket on your particular tree. Different sizes, species, and price points in the same bin are posted to appear every tree is a single price. The price is based on the individual tree tag, NOT what the card on the bin says. The cashier charged me $15 more than what the bin card said based on a tag that has NO price listed

I came in for a craft project that may have been easier at a craft store. However, I ended up with a project I'm excited about that got even more "nautical" with cleats and ropes that wouldn't have been at a regular craft store. The employees listened and understood my project and I'm thrilled with what's going to be an awesome housewarming gift for a dear friend. Dianne in Paint and Sandy in Hardware are amazing employees that make you feel like a person. They gave me great ideas and were excited for my project. Super happy with this experience!

If u go and have to buy heavy items like roofing etc except them to put your stuff back on shelf if you decide to look at something and can’t push cart with u

Unfortunately it is a bad reflection on the store that they hired a subcontractor to come out and measure my kitchen. He change the appointment at the last minute to four hours earlier. I tried to meet him at the job as quickly as I could. He did not wait he entered my home account authorization and spoke with an on skilled worker. He briefly looked over the job he told Home Depot that he had an accurate kitchen measurement for my custom cabinets but I was not even there to tell him where the cabinets were supposed to go and the unskilled worker was not aware himself. It took all day and had to speak with two managers and the person who originally took my order to try to get a refund for the $99 measure fee.

Thank you Home Depot your the best store and my favorite store of all the stores I shop at...Hallelujah!

The store is all ways clean the bath rooms customer service is much better when I go there's always someone on the isles to help me with what I'm looking for I appreciate that. Thanks

Black employees shouldn't act as if Black patrons are invisible.

Employees rude and despicable. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to load my truck after being lied to by cashier that she paged someone to do same. I went to ask her what the delay was as she said she didn’t have a phone. So she never paged anyone. Next: another employee finally showed up to throw...yes throw the bags into truck bed which bags split open. I will never shop at HD Fort Pierce, FL.

Purchased heavy item in garden center and employee assisted with placing in my vehicle and also had a good attitude.

I love Home Depot, but this store frustrates me beyond believe since the lumber carts are stored outside. Usually I need to get small things along with some lumber. I bring in a cart, load up my lumber, park it somewhere, then get my small items. I get back and my cart is being unloaded by an employee. Alternative is to get the small things, but them somewhere, then go out and get a cart for the lumber. PUT THE CARTS IN THE STORE, WHERE THE CUSTOMERS AND MERCHANDISE ARE!

The Ft. Pierce Home Depot store showed us exceptional courtesy and a good education and prices on fridges. Every staff person we asked helped us , from customer service , to paint and hardware and other areas like plumbing were awesome. Julie H. in appliances was a great listener, and helped us find the best fridge, on our budget. She was exceptionally courteous, and we finally got a much needed fridge. We had our 2 doggies with us and were so happy to be able to bring them in safely from our car: we put them in a buggy and could shop at ease with no issues whatsoever. Later on, we asked for additional help on behalf of another customer, and she too was served with excellence. Never begrudge older workers; they are courteous.knowledgable, have important life experience and years in the trades that can benefit you when shopping at this store. We went to 2 other competitors before this store and had a negative experience. If you need appliances with a good warranty and delivery, go to this store and see Julie.
