My main reason for shopping this store is that I know I'll be assisted if help is needed and the check out people are friendly too.

I was referred to a gentleman named Mike and he was so very helpful to me and got my problems taken care of in a hurry. A very polite and informed employee! Thanks Mike.....

I bought a Samsung fridge and I am so happy about how Susan marketed the product to me.

1st cancellation was due to sick crew- understandable BUT …. I called to double check times - otherwise I’d have Never known. 2nd time 1 week later( rooms been disassembled now for 8 days waiting on carpet installation) no call, no show for 8-10 a.m. installation. I call around 10, Home Depot confirms. 11:00 I call back: oh, didn’t they tell u? Crew driving from out of state so going to be later. I call again: crew at warehouse. Then an hour later this message on my voice Mail: “ the crew is unable to locate your carpet at the warehouse. We will not be installing your carpet today. Horrifying experience

I started shopping at Home Depot after frequenting another local box store. I can't tell you how much better the customer service and general interaction with the staff is compared to the other store. I was offered assistance before I even asked and was treated in a very friendly and polite manner at all times. Enjoyable experience and I will most definitely return.

I bought a range, and wanted it installed. But I forgot to buy the connecting gas hose, and request installation. With one short phone call, it was all corrected and by a friendly employee. It was a welcome experience.

Looking for a few things in the store all the employees were alert and ready in assisting me!

We have been so lucky this summer having Home Depot. Living in an older home with "nothing" standard sized it is a blessing to be able to walk in and purchase items rather than having to order them and waiting 6 weeks to 6 months. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and store clean. Just wish we could get a store Southwest in Ft Wayne! Thank You Home Depot

Pam G. is awesome! My husband and I had been waiting on a fridge for 10 months through another appliance store. We were done with their stall tactics and lack of communication so started looking elsewhere with little hope. (Covid and high demand low supply). Then we went to Home Depot and met Pam. She looked at their inventory found our exact fridge in stock, confirmed a delivery date within a week, and told us what to expect next. She kept her promise and our fridge was delivered just as our old one was starting to break down! She reached out after delivery to make sure all went well. Everything went just as she noted. After a long battle else where she made everything better! Thank you!!!

We drove an hour to visit this store to purchase something specific. The item was in stock and we were in and out of the store in no time.

If you love disappointment and your level of customer service standards are the same as Wal-Mart. Enjoy

Ginger at the service desk is an absolute sweetheart. Didn't get the gentleman's name, but the older guy, who seemed to have some authority in the grill dept, was exceedingly helpful. He reminded me of what servicing customers with, knowledge,personal attention,and a pleasant demeanor used to be all about. I wish i had gotten his name.

Well stock with high quality products. Need something; I do not have to worry about bring home cheap products.

i came in to buy one tool and one plant. get home to find out i brought the store display box. the tool wasnt in it. had to drive back to exchange it the same night. then looked at receipt next day to see i got charged for two plants.

Had a good experience. The sales associate was knowledgable and went out of her way to insure that i had correct replacement part Rather than just providing an aisle number, she walked to the exact location, retrieved the replacement, and ensured that it was correct. Personalized service with a smile in her voice.

Excellent service especially at the returns desk. I had a trailer full of Aborvitae to return and they provided help to get them off the trailer. The clerk was Brenda L. was excellent and provided service that was excellent from a long line era when it was taught as a company value. Also no mask shaming.

If you are shopping for doors or windows ask for Charles Gray. He is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I went to the store to look for flooring. I wasn't real sure where the flooring I was looking for was located. I approached this employee, who later on I found out was the store manager Staci H. I asked her where a certain type of flooring was located, not only did she tell me but took me to it. Staci is a Gem I swear, not once did she seem put out when I started asking flooring questions, actually was happy to assist.

Store always clean except today, display building blocked the main isle couldn't get to Hardware Dept.

Caution - Just be aware Free Flooring Installation is NOT Always the case. Purchased over the dollar amount but was told I didn’t select a qualifying selection so I had to pay for installation...?

Shopping for carpet staff was very helpful

It depends what you want, but our recent experience with inquiring about countertops has been exhausting. It has taken multiple phone calls and three in-person visits to the store to actually speak to someone in the department. I ordered counters and got my first quote a week ago and still have yet to hear back about scheduling for official measurements and a quote. This project is time-sensitive and we’re losing money every day it’s not being rented out! Very frustrating that we can’t even get a call back as I’ve already paid...TBD if I visit this store in the future.
