I am a regular customer of this store, and highly recommend this store to anyone needing home products as it is a mega store and has more items then other Home Depot stores. It is always well stocked and clean, with friendly and helpful employees

I’ve been shopping at this location longer than I can remember and have never had anything but great service! Shelves are always stocked and if something is missing I need, the employees are always happy to look for the item and/or call another location to locate it for me.

I found the employees very helpful and willing to go out of their way to provide great service. Thomas in the pipe section was extremely helpful in helping find the right parts as well as strategize my rerouting of my gas line. MJ at the cashier desk was about the friendly person I have ever dealt with.

The employees at this store are always friendly and willing to help. I have never been unhappy shopping here.

This store in Fullerton is not clean and the employees are working without sincere mind for customers. When I asked some location of materials ,they just passed by me very quickly without notice to me. After I scremed (to call) many times,they just come back and stop to me.

Brenda was very warm a d helpful in garden shop.

Clean and pleasant place to shop. Sales persons are eager to be of assistance at all parts of the store. With the assistance of Brenda and the department manager , I was assisted in finding what the computer said the store had and bringing it to me. Fantastic service. Thank you so very much. MH

Excellent service! I purchased 35 bags of mortar mix and other stuff. The cashier and the men on the floor got checked out and loaded in about 10 minutes!

I go to Home Depot because I have a need in my home. This Home Depot is clean but not pristine--I am not looking for pristine! If I want pristine I go to an art gallery! This Home Depot stocks a LOT of items, more than I need but I'm only one. I like the array. My wife and I were needing to replace a shower enclosure and, although the supply hanging was ample, it did not provide what we wanted---but our friendly HD associate was happy to recommend a company and send them our information. By the time we got home, we had a call and as of today, had a visit and made our purchase. Very happy with the process. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

I would like to thank the staff & sales associates at this location. My husband and I went shopping for a few things & while we were shopping, a few staff members offered us help without us asking for it first. We were very impressed since we have shopped at other locations & have not been offered that service. The staff had very friendly attitudes & we really appreciated that. Also the restrooms & the store was very neat & products were well stocked. Thank you Home Depot Fullerton for your great customer service!
