This store is generally fantastic. Although one particular visit in wich i bought a pool table i was treated like an idiot. Home depot contacted me to come pick up pool table. During my phone interaction the employee informed me that the item may have been damaged during shipping. I was also told that i can inspect item before accepting it. Then i was met with a miserable impatient angry human being that told me like this : ver batum; "yall git 2 choices " " take it home and inspect it . if its broken bring it back or leave it here and well order you a new one." It weighs 700lbs . take it home really? Then bring it back . sure. She didnt even try to make us happy. She was like take it or leave it . anyway she was a miserable you know what.

DO NOT buy your Christmas tree here - worse selection ever. Once the tree fell it looks like a Charlie Brown tree. VERY DISSATISFIED for the $69.98 purchase - not worth it. Employees were helpful and nice.

My husband and I have shopped at 3 different Home Depot stores in the Houston/Katy area for appliances. Our visit to the Home Depot in Galveston exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will be moving to Jamaica Beach and will be spending lots of time in Home Depot. Today's shopping trip was exceptional. I highly recommend this store. Our associate was Tony Clarke, but there were others in the appliance dept that were incredibly nice. We had called the night before and spoke to Bernadine. She was super helpful. It is not often you get a person to be so helpful over the phone. A very positive experience!!! Thank you Bernadine and Tony for all you did to help us. Additionally, while Tony was doing the paperwork for the appliance package we were ordering, my husband wandered off to the window area. He was helped by Suzanne Bryan. He said she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and nice. He also said that at lease three people asked him how he was doing as he walking to and from the windows area. I just can't say enough good things about this store.

Sales agent, Mr. Tony Clarke, was especially helpful and knowledgeable about his products.

I always enjoy going to Home Depot because there is so much to look at. Creative ideas wonderful items and good prices. Also the different classes are interesting and informative. Keep up the good work.

Employees Kortnei & Tony in appliances were very helpful and informative. The promation of opening up a Home Depot credit card to get 100$off any appliance of 1000$+ is a joke.The promotion was never applied.This is why I took a star off.

This store has everything, and the people who work here are always so helpful. The store is clean. They are well stocked. All the employees are helpful and friendly. It's the best store in Galveston and the best Home Depot I've ever been to.

Osb cost $7. The price now $ 21 and they have a lot of osb I couted 4000 sheets on one side and they have more

Very poor reviews today due to one unprofessional employee

The shopping and buying experience was pleasant I was in and out and got what I needed. The grill I bought was understandably locked up outside. When I checked out they called for someone to meet me out front to unlock it.. I waited, and waited, went inside they called again, waited and waited.. Meshak was very concerned called again, made a overhead announcement, continued to wait, Meshak again checked on me apologized multiple times for no one attending to this and called again. 40 minutes later someone finally came, Nick, as he asked to see my receipt I told him to please note the time checked out 40 minutes ago. He responded with well I just got the call. Please find a better system in getting the key to allow customers to get their product,, Thank you Meshak for being more apologetic than the person who bears the key.

Store has limited inventory and good luck finding help. When you buy flooring make sure its not a " Home Depot Exclusive".

Poor stock levels, or what you want maybe way up as workers don't keep racks full. very poor service at this store and is getting worse

Love the curbside pickup. Appreciate the measures this store has taken at the self checkout kiosks to protect associates and customers during covid19.
