We are loving are new LG cooking stove, paint and floring.

Today I went for some light bulbs which they have plenty of, I bought weed and grass killer, with a free refill and 5 bags of red mulch for 2 bucks a bag, pretty good day.

The products always seem to be of good quality and in good supply.

They matched a paint color at a much better price than the original purchase elsewhere. And the checkout guy gave us specific advice on opening up an online account to make checking out with the military discount easier.

I have trouble walking now due to a bad hip and so I ask where something is before I traipse over the whole store- we had to ask for 3 items, talked with two folks, who were very helpful- one even doublechecked with a third from the right dept to verify his answer (they dn't carry the product we were looking for) and they even offered to help me get my items to the car. (Not necc- but very nice!)

I have purchased many items in this store and the staff is always helpful and available. My husband and I are seniors and we purchase mulch here and it is great that they load the mulch in our car. I also love the selection of plants in the spring. We purchased an electric mower 2 years ago and that has been wonderful- easy to use and we don't need to use gas!

I was happily greeted and engaged by almost all employees I encountered in my shopping at the store. Though I do miss lane checkout with a customer service representative scanning me out I did appreciate the gentleman (Steven) assisting me when I was in self checkout

I was on a mission to pick up 2 rugs…4 different employees greeted me and asked me if I needed help as I walked back to the flooring area…helped me load my cart and I was headed to the checkout in 5 minutes…greeted again at the self checkout, paid and was out the door! The rugs look great in our bedroom.

Had a great experience working with Kerry C. in the kitchen cabinet dept. She was very knowledgable and great catching changes that would be needed in my kitchen upgrade to meet the newest code guidelines. Communication via email with the layouts, colors, and choices along with phone calls was excellent and timely. Which these days… is rare, so it was much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend working with her if you ever need kitchen upgrades.

I find what I'm looking for 95 percent of the time.

I had a Picture Window and entry door installed 3 months ago and love them. They have really made a difference. Saving up for the next Home Depot project.

It just amazes me that if I were to have ordered the products on line and had Home Depot deliver it for "free" I could have paid a discounted price. Yet standing there in the store ready to buy, load the product in my truck and be done, I have to pay the full price versus the discounted price advertised on their website. Which by the way on the website does not say that is special online pricing only. Very unhappy with today's visit.

I brought in one of my cabinet doors and the paint dept scanned it for a perfect match. I purchased a paint sample for $7 and will use it up and purchase what i need to complete the job. If you dont know the name and manufacturer of your paint color use the scanner purchase a sample not a quart....see that it matches and then go back for more as they save the paint formula used and tie it to your telephone number! IT WAS EASY!

Never happier with any other place

Poor communication between management and shipping department. Parts that were to be left for inspection, were returned to supplier. Quantity of product will be close without the corner pieces that were incorrect.

For over 15 years now Glens Falls Home Depot has been there for us - cheerfully there for us - and we are very grateful!

Never have the item you are running specials on. Was in the store 4 times and you never had it. Always am told they only send so many

Was in the store to pick up a few necessities to stock up for the holiday season. The employees are very kind and courteous and they go above and beyond to help the customer.

People of color BEWARE!!!

I came to the Queensberry store and had Mike c and Helen both assist me. Queensberry is not my typical store. I was greatly impressed with the customer service here. Mike C and Helen seem to care more than most employees that I encounter in my home based store.

I had the best experience at the Qsby Home Depot shopping for ceiling tiles and not really sure about some things. I dealt with the most helpful and friendly staff that I have met in a long time in stores. I was helped with getting the exact quantity needed and had it loaded into my cart and given a big thank you. The cashier, Kimberly, was exceedingly friendly topping off my visit. Highly recommend Home Depot over the other big name store.

Employee Jimmy is an excellent worker. He went over and beyond to help me on both my recent visits to this location. He needs to be acknowledged for his hard work. Awesome employee. One of the best

Jenny at the costumer service desk was lovely. Great attitude and very knowledgeable about the store. She made my trip fast by looking up what I needed, brought me to the aisle, then offered to ring me up when she noticed self check out was full!

Jason was awesome! I can’t say enough about how much he helped me with a project I have been putting off for months. He took his time, walked me through the steps, and showed me other things I would need to make this project easier. His assistance impressed me enough to leave a review (which I never do). It seemed like he really cared about me and what I wanted to accomplish. He never made me feel rushed even though I have been told I can be very indecisive and slightly difficult. I wish there were more people like Jason, I will definitely be looking for him the next time I shop there!
