The store was organized and easy accessible. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door.

Had to take a substitute for the product I wanted, but worked out fine. The salespeople were friendly and helpful. You could find sales associates to help in the departments.

All I'm saying is that guy in flooring, Tonree', is awesome. He made my day with his positivity and friendliness. That guy should be getting top dollar, he's the main reason I'll shop there instead of on Highland Rd in the future. Attitude counts big time in the people I want to do business with, and that guy will produce repeat customers with that real friendly and happy-to-help attitude. Props, Tonree'.

I've been working on a project for several months and have shopped other HD stores and competitors. all the visits I made to this store have been very satisfying. People-- employees said hello (not many of us do that anymore) get the paycheck and go--turn our heads and hope we don't make eye contact--they may need something or worse want me to help. the people I asked for help stopped what they were doing and not only showed me where the product should be but took me to the shelf and help me find the item. some came out of their department (paint) and spent several minutes -15 or more helping look for an item that had not yet been put on the shelf in a different area. when we spend our hard earned money at a place it makes it nice to know that if you need assistance this store is the place to go.
